  Chatham Rentals offers quality properties with customer service and care. I spent time looking at the usual rental sites but inventory was limited and cancellation policies were not flexible. I certainly had no desire to change my rental plans, but the world is still kind of weird. Chatham Rentals seems to recognize that and offered us some peace of mind. They also offer stellar customer service, and basic necessities upon arrival. After years of Cape vacations, this was the best property and our most enjoyable rental experience. In the future I’ll check out Chatham Rentals before I look anywhere else!

  Our recent vacation in Chatham was made all the more enjoyable, thanks to Christine B @ Chatham Rentals. Christine was warm, friendly and immediately responsive to a few questions we had, both before we drove to Cape Cod and after we checked in. Our rental at 54 Cross St was everything you would want when on vacation. The apt is well appointed, spacious, and in an excellent location. An added bonus, is the patio off the kitchen and the porch off the master bedroom. We can't say enough about Chatham, Ma, and Chatham Rentals. Both exceeded our expectations many times over!

  I have rented numerous homes through Chatham Rentals (and Peggy in particular). The homes have been well managed leading me to believe that Chatham Rentals chooses the best homes in town to rent. If there is any slight issue at the home, a handyman is dispatched immediately and the issue resolved. Chatham Rentals has an streamlined system in place that makes renting simple and worry free. I unconditionally recommend Chatham Rentals.

  Thank you Heidi and Chatham Rentals for making our yearly Chatham vacation an excellent one!!! Our recent vacation rental at 463 Training Field Road in Chatham MA was the best ever!!! The home was completely updated and welcoming - you knew you were vacationing in Chatham!!! In addition to the lovely home were the beautiful grounds - an effortless extension of the living space that included a deck, a pergola fully furnished and a fire pit area. We were five adults and a nearly two year old toddler and the space worked wonderfully. The location provided us with quick access to town, restaurants and many beaches. As always, the time goes so quickly when in Chatham but the memories are forever!!!

  I am so pleased with the team at Ricotta Chatham Rental. Heidi Lake was responsive to all our needs and we had a wonderful 5 weeks in Chatham. I am already planning our vacation for next summer with Heidi and if you're planning on renting in Chatham I would highly recommend calling her.

  What a house- and Peggy was absolutely correct that we would love it! We have been using Ricotta summer rentals for years and have yet to be disappointed. When there is a problem, Peggy is very quick to resp0nd. Thank you for an amazing experience
