      I had a big problem when walking into that branch for the first time. My Chase account that I had opened online was closed 2 days later by Chase's fraud review, after I had already initiated a large international wire coming into the account. Nobody knew why the account was closed, but it could not be reopened. As inconvenient as the whole experience was, the branch manager Mr. Oyler went above and beyond to try and fix the problem for me, skipping his own lunch break. In the end, they had to open a brand new account for me. Which went smoothly this time as they did it in the branch. Sure, my overall first Chase experience was not exactly pleasurable. But if you have to deal with a big bank, I highly recommend this branch. They were very professional and really tried to put their foot down for me within the corporate nightmare bureaucracy of Chase JP Morgan. So, shout out to this local branch for trying so hard to provide great customer service. The fact that the branch manager himself had to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to talk to someone higher up and try and fix things for me is ridiculous. And Chase should really review some of their policies, and give their branches more decision making powers and flexibility. But in the end large banks do have their advantages too, and one thing Chase does have going for them is their online banking system. It is probably the most convenient one I have ever dealt with.

      I've banked here at this branch since June 2014, and never had a problem. And I was with Chase in Colorado before that. Pleasant people, and good service. I sincerely hope they open branches in all the places I've visited that don't have them yet such as NC, and E. Oregon. I'm happy with them, and don't want to switch to anybody else. Thank you.

      I have been a customer of this bank since it was Washington Mutual. I find it very frustrating now because all calls seem to be routed to a voicemail that directs you to call the national call center. They have started charging me $20 per account (I have three) for a service fee. I had to stop into the bank to have them reversed last month and now I see they charged me again this month. I'm sorry to say they are going to lose me as a customer unless something changes immediately.

      They tried to charge me $8.00 to cash a check, all because i dont have an account. Mind you its a United State Post Office check. Then the clerk told me its in case its fake. Well, call me a lair and try to charge me $8.00 lol no way. I will never do business at Chase... Crooks.

      Opened an account by writing check from our other bank. Check cleared 2 days later but Chase still put a hold on funds for 11 days. System went down at Chase July 3rd. When it went back up teller told us funds were in our account. $ still not in account online. Checks bouncing. Chase sucks. Going to another bank.

      I have had the best experience with Chase and JP Morgan. Great bank in my opinion. They have gone above and beyond for me.
