My family and I came to stay at the beach for a couple days. I woke up to my checking account being hacked. Called customer support with not a lot of help so went to this branch that was the only one open on a Saturday of memorial weekend. Joseph was amazing, got everything handled and put my mind at ease that everything was being taken care of so I could enjoy the weekend with my family!

I had a issue with a fee charged for a check when I made a withdrawal from.my account while I was on vacation at Disney world I.used a chase located by a publix on Apopka- Vineland road in Windermere. I stopped in the ormond chase a week after and spoke with 2 employees . first employee did not seem to get where I was coming from . I then saw the bank manager. She was helpful and resolved the issue that I had from the Windermere branch. The Ormond branch manager went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate thank you.
