  We got our mortgage here. James T. Truong is great! Always answer my phone at the first available, always response my email within two hours. Worked so hard to help us to get the best rate and the best deal. We really want to move in before memorial day, with James' great help, we signed all the paper work in the morning at the title company's office, Chase released the loan in the morning, and we really get the keys in the afternoon. That was a perfect day!

  Nice people, good service, always trying to help. All banks provide the same basic transactions-deposits, withdrawals, checks, loans, and investment advice. But it is the service and the people that distinguished this branch from other branches and the other banks nearby. Minh is especially great.
