Virginia N Byron5I was here three times this week and everyone was really nice and friendly, from the moment I walked in. One of the girls at the tellers helped me set up an appointment for the next day because they were almost closing at the time I went. The next day Luis Ruiz Jr. helped me with opening an account and explained everything very throughly, even how to use Apple Pay with the ATM step-by-step, while I wait for my debit card. He also helped me to get the new account bonus available and answered all my questions. All paperwork was done digitally, which is an added bonus because nobody likes to leave with a binder full of bank papers. Two days later I went back with my husband to add him to the new account and this time Bernard Pierre-Louis helped us, he was very friendly and quick with my husband’s process, and my husband ended up even applying and getting approved for a credit card that we had been eyeing for a while, with a great limit, as well. Bernard was also very thorough and knowledgeable, while fast in the process. I’m not sure why other people have complaints and negative reviews, we were very pleased!

Jeffrey Sabio1Do not even bother banking with chase, especially with a business account. If you need a issue resolved THEY WILL NOT FIX IT and WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK. The follow through with this company is the absolute worse. I just opened multiple accounts the beginning of the month they sent cards to the wrong address and forget about calling and asking for a new one. You have to GO INTO A BRANCH. I am recently disabled and cannot get to a branch, according to the customer service number (which fails upon itself) you have to visit a branch. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO VISIT THE BRANCH IF IM DISABLED. Luiz Ruiz, jr an "ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT PRIVATE CLIENT BANKER" at this location does not even return voicemails. The company is trash the the employees are worse save your time, energy and stress and bank with WELLS FARGO who I will be switching to as soon as I can pull my money out of these accounts. Shame on you chase, do better. Especially after the government bailed you guys out, you should be a premier bank with quality customer service.

Priya Katchay2Almost everyone who works there is in a bad mood 75% of the time. Most of my experience is at the drive-up window. They never put your needs first. The tellers would be there carrying a conversation while I'm waiting to be helped. It takes almost 20 minutes just to get my deposits done & get change. If I could change banks, I would. One of the girls there ALWAYS has a annoyed face on & it's so not pleasant when she's the one dealing with my money. Overall, bad experience. 2 stars because there are 2-3 nice workers.

Reel Native1Absolutely appalled at how they treated us. You would think they would be a little nicer since we have 8 accounts with them. I sent my husband in to open an account for a new business we started. I usually handle all the banking and book keeping but had just gotten my wisdom teeth out and couldn't go with him. Mishka was beyond rude and condescending. Instead of being helping she was making the whole experience of opening up a new account a total nightmare. She tried telling my husband that he couldn't open a new account without 3 months of expenses. How is a new business suppose to show 3 months of expenses without having a bank account. It was like she was trying to make us go away. Am about to pull all our accounts and take them somewhere else because of her.

Elaine Navarro1I just wish I could give a 0. They din’t give the right information, when I arrive Mr. Rojas assisted me but he forgot to ask me if I had the documentation necessary, so after 45 min waiting I couldn’t do nothing because he never told me. I waste my time for nothing. They should hire more competent people. Find a better Chase to go

jamie warren1Worst experience ever! DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK! I do not bank with Chase, my boss does. He pays all of his employees with echecks that we print out. My bank TD no longer accepts echecks so I have been going to Chase to cash them, and HAD planned to open an account with them and closing my TD account. After making me wait for well over 30 minutes the manager told me that the check was fraudlent and she would be escorting me out of the bank. I had also over heard her speaking of keeping my state ID and my TD Bank card that I had given as extra identification. She refused to call my boss or chase when asked to verify the check and said she was confiscating it and escorted me out like I had done something wrong. I called cooperate and made a complaint and will be filing a complaint with the local police department as well. NEVER have I been treated that way. I was humiliated and she kept my check, no paperwork on why. Not a single employee of my company has EVER had an issue cashing or depositing thier checks (unless you have TD and they tell you they don't accept checks in this form). HORRIBLE experience. I feel SHE was doing something fradulant even mentioning keeping my ID and bank card. So what? She could cash it herself?! This experience has me beyond upset.

Dorothy pierre1This branch is terrible. They absolutely do not believe in customer service. I have been here for close to an hour and not one person has acknowledged it or even said hello. I imagine if I were one of their bigger accounts I would matter more. Chase just know without the people you have no bank.

Kenny Devito1Lacking an adequate ATM inside the bank to disperse anything over $600. Only one teller working with five people in line.

Ashley1Physically deposited a payroll check through drive though back in August. 2 checks were stolen and re cashed for $5800 just this week. Clearly an inside job. The checks were whited out and typed over. Can’t reach anyone at the bank.
