My husband and I was in last week to add him to my account. There was several bankers sitting at their desks. One man kept looking over as he was moving around in the back area. We waited for a few minutes and then was able to ask the greeter girl if we could get assisted. She insisted that we needed to make an appointment. I asked if there was no way we could see someone immediately. She said she would ask the manager. It turned out to be the same man that I had direct eye contact with earlier. She came back and said they could arrange something around 20-30 min later. As we had a different appointment set we had to leave. Now, a week later I am trying to call the branch directly and no one is answering the phone for over an hour. How can you make an appointment in advance if you don't have anyone answering the phone or availability for you to leave a message!

Bad treatment, they ask for a appointment, fo something very simple like a question. Give you an attitude, and do not help at all. This place need's new management and staff. Look at your competition. They doing much better with costumer care.Bank of America, much better threatment, and no three" months waiting list" according to one of your employees here.

This Chase is the dirtiest Chase that I have ever seen. You are greeted at the entrance by a homeless man who aggressively requests money from you. (See the pictures.) You also see the dirty floor with paper everywhere. Before you think that this was just an off day, keep in mind that I have seen this condition here for years and complained to the staff. The staff told me that they could not do anything about the homeless person. (They could employ him or help connect him to necessary services.) When I told them about the ATM area being unclean, they said that it's simply the fault of customers. This place is terribly unmaintained.

Awful. Assisted my 84-Year-old Mother with her banking today who’s recovering from a broken hip. She had a 3pm appointment with a private banker. He kept us waiting 15 minutes while “he was eating a sandwich”. Then when my mother had to bring checks to the counter to be deposited he wouldn’t do it. In 52 years I’ve never seen a bank person refuse to bring the checks over to be deposited from the private bank area to the teller. Again she’s recovering from a broken hip. We will be moving accounts to Charles Schwab. They get it and know how to give VIP treatment to customers with large deposit and investment accounts. I’ve been in banks in third world countries which are better.

Careful when you use the atms. Guy came up to me as i pulled my wallet out asking for what I had. Didnt flinch so he backed off. Everyone there immediately pulled their cards and ran. Ironic part, the security guard was right there letting it all happen. Other times theres groups of guy hanging around the entrance like vultures waiting for prey.

I went in earlier in the week to remove someone from a joint account. I was told by the security guard (who is not a Chase employee) that I needed to book an appointment to speak to someone. I decided to still proceed and confirm with the Chase rep at the entrance who verified that I did NOT need to book an appointment, and that I would be able to complete the request via customer service later in the week since customer service was closed that day (shocker). When I went in later that week to speak to customer service, I was told by a different Chase rep that I indeed needed to book an appointment to complete my request. I recounted my story about what I was told, but was still refused any service. This Chase rep also told the joint account holder that she can remove herself from the account on her own, and that we both dont have to be there. This being contrary to what we were both told on several occasions. The fact that they misinformed me and decided to not remedy the situation (speak over me as well) is highly disappointing. Terrible customer service. Not proud to bank with Chase.

The staff is very helpful, attentive, and courteous. Both visits I have made to speak with the banking professionals at this location have been completely positive, I honestly don't have one complaint. As far as the main floor ATMs, I have never personally experienced an issue. They are all operational and I have never had to wait more than a minute or two. The upstairs tellers can get a little backed up, but I have never seen it to the extent some of the other reviews describe. There are also two (maybe three?) additional ATM machines upstairs which allow you to withdraw larger amounts of cash than the downstairs machines, but allow for all of the normal transactions as well to help avoid waiting for a cashier. I have had nothing but a positive experience thus far banking here and would recommend this location to anyone especially those who wish to speak with a banking professional.

The customer service in this Chase is severely lacking. The teller I approached during my visit was rude, and they never pick up the phone (and yes, I am calling during business hours).
