  Two tellers working in a Friday Unbelievable Why not hire some more employees or have more on schedule specially on a Friday afternoon 😒👎 Ridiculous

  Worse ever I walked in without a appointment they said it would take 20 mins I ended up waiting for more then 40 mins and when I go to talk to the receptionist they say it would take 20 More minutes don’t ever go to this branch I had gone for a simple job since I had lost my card wanted to get a temporary one so I can use it till I get the permeant one I’m very disappointed wasted my time !!!!!

  I dont know what the problem ..I came here around 12.30 pm. It's been close to 50 minutes waiting...busy time with long line but only one lady is giving service where its suppose to have 3 or 4...worst experience.

  Banks staff very good , the neighborhood is huge and everyone going in the busy hours so the line alway large

  Worst customer service and just take care of new customers who open the account. Minimum 20 customer waiting in a line and maximum 1 teller is working

  Beyond Horrible experience .. 90 minutes to deposit a check .. lines of 15 people plus for two tellers .. stay away if your time is important !!

  I wish we could have this option of no star at all because that what they deserve, NO STAR. An advice for u unless u love standig for an hour. You should not visit this place. Try to finding another one. I was 23 when I entered the bank and 99 when I left the bank

  It’s ok. Same thing to the Chase next to it. A lot of homeless ppl sleep in it.

  This branch is really ugly and bad service slow staff very very bad service. I don’t know manager how to satisfied 🤣😊☺️

  Can't give zero because it dies not allow you too. This place is ridiculous with the amount of time you wait on line, 2 tellers for about 30 people on line and one of them handles the business accounts. This place is horrible and there's not another boa nearby if not I wouldn't set foot in this one!!!!
