  Take for ever to assist their clients, CapitalOne y'all have to work harder to move it forward, and faster. In addition, those iPad's needs to be fix, or else it makes no sense to have it on the front. Furthermore, their customer service is useless.

  Great branch service. All the atms are fully available about 95% of the time. But theres always at least one atm fully working which is great. Tellers are SUPER nice, very accurate and helpful.

  I and my family members frequent this branch on and off. The staff there who helped with my issues were great. I appreciate this bank for their dedication towards their customers.

  Always have an old lady staying at the tellers window for 15 minutes. I guess they're lonely and need someone to talk to.

  This place is a zoo. But it's staff is amazing. I was helped with an identity theft issue and couldn't have a better outcome. These employees are just the best.

  Often on weekends two out of the three ATMs are out of order. Branch management seems to not care about upkeep of the machines.

  Very bad service , all the people not profesional slow service , i wait almost 2 hour to open checking account , not to much people to take care

  This bank is like people make crazy when ever I go there the service is so so bad every people are waiting for small thing a hour plz plz do good service

  Has huge atm area, with 4 machines. Easy street access. Well illuminated in the evening hours.
