Chase Bank Reviews

Chris Nall5Always friendly & quick to help. They know me AND my family by name. Typical wait times & no fuss. They treat all kinds equally well. Bankers/Tellers speak 2 languages. I’m impressed, actually. I’m not one to review things often, but I bank here for a reason.

Devon plaskett5There is a male and female couple that hang around in the parking lot asking everyone for money. Going so far as to ask you to use the ATM at this branch to give them money. Someone working at this location approached and followed them long enough to warn them of police being called if they continue to harass anyone who goes to this location. I have been bugged and begged for money by there two individuals, I am extremely grateful for these employees who Went above and beyond to make sure people are safe and happy coming to this location. As well as any other location on this strip. Thank you...

Dhaqandoor Diid1Unprofessional. Unwelcome. They don’t answer the phone to make it appointment and if you go to the branch, they will say make it appointment for tomorrow bluh bluh. The banker is seeing no one and just chilling. Truck drivers on over the road are not easy to come home everyday. We are sometimes away from home for weeks and you don’t answer the phone everyday while I’m coming home to make it appointment ahead. Stop being mean and do yourjob. That’s it.

Andrew McLean5I love this branch: it’s very convenient both in location and in the short time I spend waiting for the tellers to help those ahead of me. It can be busy sometimes, but only once did I have to wait for more than about ten minutes to be helped. Maybe that sounds a bit long, but that includes times with up to 12 folks ahead of me!. Usually I get helped in less than 5 minutes here & that is NOT the case at many other locations I’ve used across the city. Also, the tellers are very friendly here and seem to actually want to be helpful. I know that overall the banks are upping the customer service level, but not even Chase has such consistently nice people at every branch I’ve been to. Also I believe they all speak Spanish here and they seem perfectly comfortable speaking either English or Spanish without a problem. I Know that’s not available everywhere else. I have been with Chase for over 15 years and like it altogether; I’m not using anything more complicated than basic checking and debit card services, but it’s been 15 years of dealings with them where I have never had the slightest problem. I had so much trouble with Huntington - all caused by their own errors: in using unclear and inconsistent policies, fees, and penalty charges; their constant and sometimes appalling mathematical errors; their terrible customer service; and for their Personal Banker system where only one person has the authority to do anything to your account. -Not that I’m complaining :) At Chase I have not seen evidence of anything like what I went through at Huntington and I am most grateful. As for this branch’s bankers, I have only needed help a few times in over a dozen years here and they were quite pleasant, businesslike and helpful, one time exceptionally so. I have seen people waiting for a banker at times, but only during those times when you would expect to have to wait your turn to see one. I wanted to tell you this because I was really surprised at the low ratings and the reviews I read. I thought I should share what I have experienced to balance the discussion a bit.

Kenda Thomas3Although all employees are nice and when you need something other than a banker, service is fast and efficient. But Lord forbid, you need a notary. They have 1 banker on high volume days requiring an extremely long wait. I visited last Friday and waited for over 20 minutes and left without the service i needed. Today, I visited with 2 customers ahead of me waiting for the only banker they had on-site and I waited again for 30 minutes. Kindda ridiculous when I waste a whole lunch break for a measly signature. This is very inconvenient.

Michael Slone1This branch helped me open a checking account with them and set up my direct deposit, but when it was time to get paid the people with customer service informed me my account was locked and schedule to be cancelled. This isn’t the first time chase has done this to me, I will never trust them with any of my money again. And bankers are rude and neglectful. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Adam Newman5This is a nice bank. It has an outside ATM in addition to the ones they have indoor which are all touchscreen and super easy to use.

Belinda Parker1No flexibility and very rude. Not all of them a employee. If I see her I don’t want to go there.

Mario N1Extremely slow service, been sitting here for more than an hour to talk to a banker, it's Friday and they only have 1 banker working...
