Chase Bank Reviews

Jacqueline Grace1This has to be the absolute WORSE Chase bank in Houston. The customer service is so unprofessional, the ATM's are ALWAYS broken, either it is broke or it won't accept deposits. This goes on for days, this is a very large area and this community deserves better.

Jennifer Pena1This Chase bank here in 5th Ward is super trashy. They don’t manage the facility well at all. The lines are always long (clearly a staffing issue) and their customer service is anything but. Chase needs to invest more in this branch. It’s a shame.

CoCo’s Bold Collection1I have been to this bank only twice and each time has been horrible. Each time I went in the lines to get to a teller were to the door, and when you sign in to speak with a banker for any reason there is only one banker. There is this lady with glasses(didn't get her name) because her customer service skills are just that bad... advised that there was only one banker on a Saturday(6/3/17) and didn't even attempt to say if you would like to wait I apologize for the wait, nothing. Just didn't seem to want to help. Left before 12pm because the wait time was too long decided to try again after 1pm and the line was still long and she was still the only banker that could help! This location is horrible and makes you not want to be a chase customer but we tried again on Monday (6/5/17) and my husband was once again disgusted and told that he could only open an account with a copy of the lease or a bill, left from this location and went to another and had his account opened in less than 30 minutes!! Its all about knowing your job, trying to provide great customer service, and making sure your customers are satisfied. This branch is not doing any of the above. All we wanted was to add him to my account or open his own...

Rod Keels4Good Denver Harbor neighborhood location at the intersection of Lockwood & Lyons. This bank is super busy on and around the first of the month. The bank employees do the best they can given the sheer volume of business. They are friendly and helpful. I recommend setting up direct deposit, if possible. There are three drive thru ATMs and one or two inside.

Erin Powell1The most atrocious bank I have ever been to! Reading all the other reviews left here about the Chase Lyons/Lockwood branch (#000587) echo my sentiments. This location does not in any manner fit in with the values and customer service that other Chase banks exhibit. I do not live in the area, but stopped by as I was traveling through. I needed to make a very large withdrawal. The line was long inside the bank. Someone greeted me and asked me if I would like to use the ATM, when I advised her the amount I needed to withdrawal, she agreed that I would need to see a teller. They had 2 tellers on a Saturday. The other 2 teller windows are blocked by 2 ATMS, that they encourage people to use. I waited in line THIRTY TWO MINUTES to see a teller. Both of the tellers seemed like they couldn't care less that there was a long line. They moved with no sense of urgency at all. They never once addressed the line and said "We'll be right with you" or anything. A personal banker named Arthur, who I believe might have been a manager kept walking in front of the line to go back and provide override codes also never addressed the line of people. The wait was so long, an elderly man fell asleep in his wheel-chair in the line. I flagged an employee down and asked if it would be easier and quicker for me if I went through the drive through. She informed me that they had shut down the drive through to personal transactions last summer and it was only open for business transactions. Further more, there was a girl dressed in jeans, a tee shirt and a ball cap (not Chase attire) standing several people behind me. Next thing I know, she is behind the teller glass in the back with a withdrawal slip, having one of the teller's process it for her. This took about 6-8 min, as they had to wait for an override or some type of code. I thought it was extremely rude, that they would allow an employee of the bank to skip the line and service her before they service their patrons and clients. This experience really, really left a bad taste in my mouth. I noticed that this particular branch is in an economically challenged neighborhood. However, no matter where it is located, or who it serves, ALL people of ALL races, ALL financial statuses and ALL ages should be shown the same level of customer service that the other branches in more affluent areas are. I will NEVER visit this location again.

CashMooreProductions LLC5Posted: Feb 6 2020 • I can find everything on the web about Chase, except about safety deposit boxes ("SDBs")🧐🙄; however, when I visited the branch at Lockwood @ Lyons, even though they had no SDBs there, nevertheless they called a branch that did to insure availability and are sending me instructions to share here.🤗🏛️💰💳💵🏧✅✅✅✅✅💲💲💲💲🆒🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸Making CHASE great again...see branch pic and any instructions on how to get a safety deposit box here, later.

Claudia Garcia1I personally don't bank here, but my company does, so I use this bank daily to do deposits. Their business drive thru says it should be open from 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday thru Friday. My job opens at 8am so I usually come as soon as we open to deposit. This is the 2nd time this week that I have came (note: I get here here by 8:15am every morning), to deposit, and they are still not open!! As I am writing this, it is 8:44am and they still have not opened or even noticed me waiting! I can see about 3 people walking by the window and no one has came to even excuse themselves! This is the most horrible experience, with any bank, I have ever had!!!
