Chase Bank Reviews

H5I feel like this review is "overdue" but if I can give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would!!! Last month I had a problem using the chase paybill app, I come in couple times to inquire about my issues and the staff who work there are extremely attentive, they show so much concern and spend couple hours trying to figure out my problem- the manager even went above and beyond to carry out follow up phone calls to make sure I receive my money back- Shout out to Samantha especially!!!! She is super patience and very friendly, I will definitely come to her in the future if I ever encounter any problem... or even just to chat with her about the cats ^^

Tameka Johnson1COVID pandemic and customer was able to come in, make transactions, during a 5 min long dispute without anyone educating him, offering a mask, or asking him to leave UNTIL I informed customer service that a customer had no mask and being serviced, putting us all at risk. The teller had her mask with nose uncovered! The customer service rep took the appropriate measures to give the patron a mask, including wiping the counter down, no help from teller. They also use paper slips and reuse pens at a dirty counter. Don’t recommend this location.

B.B. Smith2Act 1: My wife and I make her account a joint account, we order checks. Act 2: Corporate messes up the checks. Act 3: Hem and Lynn at the branch fix the problem and waive the fees. Act 4: Corporate pretends to honor the checks, waits a couple of days and takes the money back. Banks refuse to honor my checks in the future because Chase's fraud department took the money back. Chase fraud department tells me I need to call them in advance writing checks and they might honor them. Fraud department issues apology and informs me their apology gets excuses them from the financial consequences of their actions ($110) Act 5: I try to remedy bill issues by wiring money to those whose banks won't accept my checks. Act 6: Renter fraud department (a different fraud department) who tries to block the transaction. I talk to a supervisor's supervisor and am told to go back to the branch and have a personal banker put a note on the account to call them rather than me. Act 7: I call Lynn and Hem at the branch who put a note on my account to call them, they promise to reimburse me for the fees incurred due to Chase's corporate mistakes. We'll see where this goes.

Lion Abdallah1Was there today 01/26/2018 at around 4pm after 16hrs of work. I run a successful Company and wanted to open a new business account with them. There was no one at the Teller but there was a sheet on the table where you have to fill in your name, reasons for visit, time and wether or not you have appointment. I did fill out my information immediately. Behind the Teller table was a lady who was having endless conversation with a male Customer telling him she is from North Africa (Algeria) so on and so forth. On her right side was another Lady busy on her Computer. Both ladies saw me and left me standing there for 20minutes without even asking. After 15 minutes of waiting, I walked towards the lady on the right side who was on her Computer and as soon as she saw me approaching her, she stopped me with a finger and told me that she is busy. I then told here that I was here to open a business Account and i walked out immediately. This is a horrible bank, and I mean really horrible if I say it because I am naturally not posting complaints online, in Fact this is the first one ever.

William Mccrobie1Worst experience ever. The fact that I wanted to open an account to deposit my brokerage funds into that I have through chase bank and because it was to much time and a process she didn't want to help me and passed me off to someone else. This is bullshit. If you do not want to do your job then you should stay home for the day. Never coming to a chase bank again!

William Baxter1Spent all day calling and get a recording that nobody can answer the phone. Can't believe they are that busy. I get no calls answered at other banks, but at least I can leave a message for a call-back at other banks and I get them from other banks. Thank you for the call-back KEY Bank.
