  Like another reviewer, I just moved up from Florida and am thrilled to find this Chase branch so exceptional. Kayla Noonan couldn't have been more gracious and helpful trouble-shooting some things yesterday, despite my extra stress from the move. All of the staff are super-friendly, from the moment you walk in the door. A bright new spot in Burlington.

  THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN! I recently closed my account TD bank(TD has the worst customer service in town). I went to Chase bank I was greeted at the front door by a wonder young man. He helped my open by new checking account within 10 minutes. I highly recommend leaving TD bank and joining Chase1

  The whole team is extremely helpful. Customer service at its best. Rarely seen such a great service at a bank. I’ve been extremely well served but I also witnessed how welcoming the whole team is with every clients. That reflects extremely well on Chase. Great team!

  The employee named Linus who greeted us was one of the nicest people we've ever encountered. Friendly, courteous, helpful and offered us water due to it being 90 degrees outside. Give this kid a promotion 😎

  We applied for a mortgage here in Vermont and Chase was unable to order an appraisal or even give an estimate on when one would be done. They caused the sale to be delayed for weeks. As a result, we had to switch lenders. For their incompetence, Chase rewarded themselves by keeping our deposit even though it was their policy and responsibility for an appraisal to be done. Not unsurprising considering their reputation. Definitely learned a good lesson: use a local bank or credit union instead.

  I had the best experience today. I absolutely love the way they provided my husband and I the customer service. Well knowledgeable and very fast service. So kind with my child and friendly staffs.

  I am a Chase customer from FL. I have had the best service from our local bank. I believe Chase in VT is new. Give them a chance. They will come through for you.

  Literally you can’t even use the atm without being watched and harassed by the annoying staff members. How about some privacy?
