  I have been to multiple Chase banks and this is by far the best one I have been to. Their service is quick, simple, easy. The employees are very helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They also take a lot of precautions when it comes to covid regulations. Huge thanks to Giovanni and the bank teller that assisted me today.

  Some of the people there are good but they seem to have issues finding a good manager. I have not like the past 2. I loved the assistant manager but she left. I have been with Chase/ Washington Mutual for well over 25 years.. this unfortunately is the branch closest to me, one of my least favorites. Update...yes since last posting a long time ago...I still feel the same way. The Tina chick that works there has been rude to me for years now. She deliberately gives me a hard time and now I think shes one of the few that haven't left for better locations so they made her a manager or assistant manager when she is probably one of the reasons the good checkers left. Here I have 3 accounts...run at least a couple million though my accounts each year...never had a check come back not clear. Never had any reason for her to be like a nasty with me any chance she gets. I think its personal or something. I'll be calling to complain but I think it jist falls on deaf ears because they have such a hard time keeping any good workers at this branch.

  been having issues with bank and card on top of that they don’t answer the phone to resolve issue i’ve called like 10 times now no joke..
