  Went to the ATM with ca r and discovered for the first time in my Life , the ATM went out of Money. So parked the car and make the walk inside the Bank, how convenient we become to be!?!

  By far some of the most dumass people I've ever had to deal with in the 30 years I've been with Chase. After 3 times of trying to do an address change they're still Wrong. I really don't know what to do anymore It's like talking to a doorknob over there. I recommend you do your banking somewhere else where they understand you how hard is it. It's just an address change😬

  This branch is a joke they are absolutely no help I've tried several times to open a business account and every day it's some other reason why they can't help seriously do your job

  I have been going at this location for years and have always found the staff friendly with great service, I see a lot of negative comments on a particular teller, but she has always been very professional and always ready to help, thanks chase.

  I've never had any issues at this branch. Bank tellers are always nice to me and do what I ask them to do. It's simple as that.

  Terrible service, Hasmatie has some of the worst customer service ive ever had. Dont forget you service ME! I keep my MONEY at your bank not the other way around, if you cant do customer service, dont work in that field.

  Terrible service. Hasmatie likes to be a condescending *#%^c for no reason & needs to channel that energy elsewhere! Must not be a morning person. "Do you want that ten in a roll of quarters? Most people like quarters if they're getting $10 for laundry" Among other things. Wow.....why are some women always so cooperative w/ other women. 😂
