  I recently close my loan with Interfirst and this is my honest review !! As a first time home buyer, I wasn't aware of lots of process and so this is my first hand experience with interfirst. Very smooth process, All online !! One of reason I picked up Interfirst is unbelievable low interest rate. while talking to my friends they were all surprised about interfirst rates being that competitive. Surprisingly I ended up getting even better rate than what was it in my initial estimate. Many of you might already be aware but for me the closing cost was amazingly low from what they earlier estimated and they dont have loan originating cost !! It was kinda surprising to me. Few things as a first time buyer for me are Make sure you have all the proper documents with you. Their underwriter is nice individual but very thorough and professional. Be patient because I believe due to their competitive rate, they have too many applications going on, so sometimes you may find that you need to contact them personally and push the process but they know who are at what stage of process. Overall I would recommend them for sure !!

  Any company can give good rates, and that's public and it's random which company you go with. But Interfirst really makes the grade A+. Their people were top-notch. I've made perhaps 20 mortgages in 40 years, and I can't recall a better crew. They were always available and quickly responded to email and calls. They knew the documents and when I asked for a clarification on an obscure point, they could answer. There were no hidden fees or charges. Surprisingly, the closing attorney came to our house for the final sign-offs - this is Delaware, so your state may have different rules. And that was no extra, and saved us the hassle of going to some office elsewhere. All in all, put Interfirst on your list. On the top.

  Best experience! Had no idea what I was doing and I was walked through step by step. I worked with a gentleman named Guy. I have never worked with a more helpful person in my life. Highly recommend working with him and interfirst. My closing costs were extremely low, and I looked at several companies before deciding where to re-finance through. Thanks again Guy, I appreciate you very much!

  Interfirst was wonderful to work with. The process was smooth and easy. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and we closed very quickly. They had the best rate and with such a great experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to refinance.

  I am so happy with Interfirst on the refinance of my mortgage, they gave me the best rate and the whole process was nice and smooth. My loan processors Warren and Keysha went above and beyond to get my closing quickly.I also liked that the closing took place at my home, what I liked most that you upload your documents online, so no running to the post office and mailing out documents. Thank you to the whole team 😊

  We had a great experience with Interfirst Mortgage. We received a great rate and their cost were very minimal. Our mortgage specialist answered all of our questions, explained everything and the bottom line never changed. Everything was handled online and updated often. Our closing was done in 4 weeks and done in the comfort of our home. We would definitely recommend them!

  I worked with Alexander Rodriguez on a refinance. It was a seamless and easy process! The majority of the application was done online. Alexander did a great job of guiding me through this process, kept my best interests in mind, and was always available to answer any of my questions. The entire team at Interfirst did a great job to ensure that I was taken care of. Highly recommended!

  A great company to work with, excellent customer service, excellent timing, excellent and quick responses, it was so very easy to work with them and my loan officer was a dream, so I highly recommend Interfirst. The only caviat was that they did my appraisal with J&R Appraisals and that company is really bad, my appraisal came so low that there is no way it could ever be justified. Three weeks later another company did an appraisal of my same home on behalf of another loan company and it came out 30% higher !!. Ask Interfirst not to appraise your home with J&R Appraisals.

  Surprisingly straight forward and drastically more reasonable closing costs than even my existing lender offered prior to the refinance. My Interfirst team was very responsive and professional. Got in touch with them through bankrate and was skeptical the entire time that something would not be as advertised but it never happened. Well done

  Terrible! By far the worst mortgage company I've worked with. Their online system is pathetic, not user friendly, tons of errors, and I've had to call twice now to "restart" my account because their system is faulty. Closing was a mess and my numbers were never right. I'd never use them again.
