Yevgeniy Magay1terrible branch. a guy over the phone was rude. I'm tired of constant transfers between online banking support and branches and them pointing at each other that this is something the other party has to do. I came to a branch once to change a dba name, but it still hasnt been changed, now they say I have to come again. why they think it is ok to waste people's time like that???

Tom T Walker1Here are the issues with Chase bank and this branch, but mostly the bank as a whole: (1) A former Chase customer came in asking for a notary. They refused because he was no longer a Chase customer. Seems they should do it free for customers and $5 for non-customers, but they do not. (2) I deposited cash. The receipt understandably shows only the last 4 digits of account number, but not my name. In order for the customer to be sure the cash went to the correct account, the name on the account should be on the receipt. (3) They require a $1500 balance in order to avoid a hefty $12/month fee. Or they require you to have your pay direct deposited to them. But why would you do that when they pay such low interest, and there are so many online banks that pay up to 2%. Not sure why people bank with Chase. I do only because I do business in two states, and use them for tenants to make deposit easily. If they would pay competitive interest and not have requirements for avoiding fees, I'd feel like a valued customer and do all my business with them. Instead will keep my money in an FDIC insured online provider that pays a 16 times higher interest rate.

jen van rensburg1This branch is terrible. This morning I tried to cash two small checks totaling $30 only. I have a business acccount with Chase with a substantial balance. They refused to cash the checks without a personal bank acct. Besides this, try and get something notarized and there's always attitude from the bankers. One even told me to "go to UPS". I plan to close my account there asap. Chase might be one of the biggest banks but they are also one of the worst.

Lisa M5Great service! I lost my Chase bank card and stopped in just before closing time to apply for a new one to be sent to my new address. They were extremely kind, professional, and speedy in helping me get a new card. I'll definitely be back into this location - the staff is just awesome!

Jazmyn Black3I only go to this location because a man named Daniel works here. He transfered from the Tower. He is amazing. This man is the definition of great customer service. I have any issues. This man solves them or explains what is going on and how it will result. Small things I go to the one on Lima and Arapahoe Rd. They are great there.

Eric Fundenberger5I hate banks. I hate most big organizations. However, I walked into this branch store today and there was a small wait to get my hail insurance check endorsed. It was four in the afternoon, so I asked if their complimentary coffee was fresh (knowing there was a good chance it wasn't). The teller informed me that it was empty. I disregarded it and sat down to wait. Soon enough, I was getting my check endorsed and while I was sitting at the desk the teller brought me a fresh brewed cup of coffee, sugar, and cream. It's the little things! They were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Great job! Customer service is ridiculously underrated in this culture, but the folks at this store have it figured out.

TK4211Closed my 6 accounts due to absolutely horrible customer service. The bank and my "Personal Bankers" froze my account without contacting me when I made a transfer of funds and were unable to resolve the situation without having me come in personally and waste my time. They treated my elderly, blind and infirm with disrespect and made it very difficult for her to do business with them. The Fraud Department has been shipped overseas and is completely incompetent.

Patty Schroeder1Stopped in about 5:10pm on a Monday to open a savings account (lobby closes at 6pm.) Apparently they didn't have one employee who could help me open a savings account, and asked me to set up an appointment for the next afternoon. I'll go to Wells Fargo, I'm sure they have employees available to help customers during their open business hours.

Sean Brown1Im a manager for a retail business in the area. Every morning it's part of my job to go to the bank. I try to get this done before I open for business. Last four times I have gone to the drive through 830am, no one is there. I usually wait ten min for someone to walk in to help me so I can continue MY work day. If you can't show up on time, then change your hours. Or just find better help!!!! I'm actually waiting right now, while waiting for someone. A nice girl that works here actual drove around to apologize to me....she was waiting in her car aswell. Seems like she's waiting for her manager to show up and let her in. Odd, an employee showing up before the manager. I come this bank because it's close by, probably will have to deal with this, but not happy.
