  This is just a glorified ATM. There are people who work there, but they can't actually help with anything. Not that they dont have the know, but they physically can't do anything. You can go there to use the ATM and you can go inside to have them show you how to use an ATM.

  The indoor money machine is easier to use than the outdoor one. Also, there are Smiling customer support people inside to help you out with any account issues 😀

  Don’t go to this branch. They don’t have bank tellers just an ATM in the lobby. No one seems to want to help you if you don’t have an ATM card.

  One of few chase banks that I go to. The location and staff makes it a wonderful experience.

  I would give 0 star if I can. I was ay this location(2-1-2018) to withdraw cash with my account number and photo ID amount of 2k. But they will not process it because they can not authenticate me. I am account holder with my wife and they will not let me have my money. This is messed up bank. I am closing and moving all to Wells and Compass bank. I have never experienced this type of treatment. Juat because I do not carry debit card. I have provided then photo ID, address, and offered them with other verication ID but still declined. Very disappointed.

  Im presently with B of A, and im looking for another Institution with better customer service. I had the pleasure of visiting Chase Bank enroute from work near Metro Airport. As soon as I entered the bank I was greeted by a personal banker, Karen Neely, who was pleasant and very knowledgeable of the system and was able to answer all my questions. If the rest of your staff is up to this professional standard, You will have a life time customer. Thank You For All Your Assistance.

  This is a digital location. The people are friendly. Nice modern, clean interior and landscaping. The digital process allows deposit and withdraw up to 3000 USD. Interesting concept. Would like a modern coffee bar too :)

  Karen Neely gave me the best service in the world. She was very helpful and professional. Who cares about using a restroom, there's a McDonald's down the road from Chase.

  Pure laziness...I went in to withdrawal some new dollar bills..didn't even bother to look...teller is like oh you have to order some..Im like can you check in the back? She asked another just as lazy ..she's like oh no we don't

  If I could give zero stars I would ....I always have an issue every time and have been told to take my service requests to a different branch on more than 1 occasion because they cant do their job correctly....terrible customers service no matter the staff
