  If you get direct deposit through here, your paycheck will often be late. They take their time getting through payroll on Fridays (when most people get paid) and don't process and deposits on Saturdays. Pretty pathetic.

  I have been banking here for over 40 years. Like any financial institution it has had its ups and downs. But I have never been disappointed. All my issues have been resolved in a timely fashion. I've had excellent customer service. They've been honest when their products do not meet my needs and advised me to go elsewhere. Everyone needs to be realistic about their expectations. A credit union is not for everybody and every situation. Total Community has served me well and I would recommend them.

  *Beware* I was late for a payment after years of paying on time due to layoff/covid. The late payment reduce credit score applying for fema repair loan. Requested deletion the “credit Union “ sent letter stating they do not subscribe to the service to update change credit profile. Lesson learned will never do business with TCCU. Stuck on report for two year I thought credit union were to help and be more flexible guess not.

  I don’t recommend this credit union to anyone. I’ve been here for a while because a friend always said it’s a good idea to keep an account with a credit union. However, they charged me $15 for a replacement debit card, I get a maintenance fee that I was never told about during account opening, and their ATM is always out of order. There’s always some sort of construction happening for weeks at a time and still no ATM access. They are not open on Saturday so for people who can’t make the 9 to 5 hours we still can’t accomplish anything because the ATM Is always down. This credit union has been such an inconvenience and I’m currently looking for another place to bank.

  This place is the worst banking experience imaginable . So many hidden fees and charges constantly. Service is also never good . This debit card also isn’t recognized by any money service (Venmo PayPal cashapp) so that’s an entirely different hassle . I just do not recommend this place at all.

  Been coming here since about 1984. Wanted a loan for a used car that friend only wanted me to take over payments on. They said the price was $1000.00 under blue book and I could have it, just to open a savings acct for $5.00. I wasn't even working full time. Got the loan. I've been there ever since. Never a problem and their few charges are way cheaper than banks. All the neg comments, let's see how long you last at a bank with all the charges. Even banks have to send out new cards if it's associated with or has been used at a compromised company. That won't change for you either...

  I have had an account with this bank for 26 years. In the past few years they have changed. They are not a family bank an they have seemed to loose site of what used to make banking with a credit union was all about. I now after 26 years will have to move to a big name bank. I wasted my loyalty. After today and being insulted because I don’t have thousands of dollars in my account I don’t think this bank deserves it.

  I've been banking here for just shy of 2 years now, and ive had nkthing but great service! I have a very unique situation, and they've been nothing but accomedating and understanding. I'll be here for a very long time!

  I have had an account for over 30 years. Don’t use there app for depositing a check unless you want to wait 4 days to get the money in your account. They are very snobbish and treat you like nothing if you don’t have a ton of money. They are not a credit union anymore they are a bank. You will be better off going to a bank.

  I am absolutely disgusted with this bank. I've been coming here since I was a child with my mother and of course as soon as I had my first job I had an account here. Over the past year I've been randomly sent a new debit card 3 or 4 times and a new credit card twice. The very last time just 2 months apart and I didn't really want to have to remember another new card info so I didn't activate it until a woman called me and was very rude about the whole thing. Not to mention, the new card they sent me doesn't even have my name spelled correctly and I've been here for 10 years. They've had nothing but issues ever since they switched to a new system and they never inform anybody of these problems you have to call and be told about it after you've been screwed by it. Bottom line is CAN'T WAIT to open my new bank account and be done with this garbage.
