  I dont understand why all of the Chase banks around me are closed. Im already a Chase customer and need to open a new joint checking account but I'm unable to get anyone on the phone and when I go to the branch they're either busy or not there. This isn't somethin I can complete online it just makes no sense to me why the banks are closed in 2022. I shouldn't have gotten my checking accounts and credit cards with Chase, it's been downhill since I began a couple years ago.

  I appreciate people trying to get the atm to be used more but when you have my deposit slip and card in hand you could finish doing your job. By the time I found the atm and got my cash I could've done 3 withdrawals.

  This is one of the best banks we ever dealt with. They bent over backwards helping us when we moved from Chicago to the Canfield area. Everyone in the bank was and is polite and always with a smile.

  I like this branch and the staff. I have been to this branch about 4 times in the past two months and have never had an issue. This branch is bright, clean, and not too busy.

  Called them with a simple question and received my answer with attitude. Made me feel stupid.
