  Avoid Stephanie. She was irritated from the moment I stepped up for my banking needs. Which is to bad. As its her job. Both other people were VERY nice. When I had almost an hour of banking just a few days ago the guy was REALLY nice as well. Very helpful and informative.

  This branch is amazing!! So much so I wanted to it to be very well known. They answer your questions the way you need.They provide fast thorough results. The team is outstanding but a huge shoutout should go out to Steph Masterson. She took her time, very thorough, personable and made the environment feel like I'm not just another number to the bank. She made the experience feel like I mattered. The rest of the staff was still outstanding and highly recommended this branch!

  The Chase employees in Silverdale are the best. For me they have gone above and beyond to work with us, from opening our new accounts to notarizing. Professional, friendly and helpful.

  This is the worst Chase branch anywhere from here to Mexico. For the last several years their new accounts have been understaffed, rude, and arrogant. We work with young people getting their first jobs and banking accounts. The last time we went to this branch Myklas absolutely rude. He said he was too busy to do anything about opening a new account, but there was not one client in the entire bank other than us. We went to the main branch in Bremerton and it was a completely different attitude throughout the bank. We had to wait, which we did not mind at all because we were treated with kindness. Avoid this branch if you can.

  Friendly staff but there is no knowledgeable banker on premises. Need to call a center where person on the other line is not always helpful.
