Pam Kaiser1What has happened to customer service in Chase banks? They always seem to have a guy greeting you, but he can't do anything so why bother! Get him to be a notary at least... how hard is that? I was turned away because nobody could help me. Really?

Ranch Hand2Everytime I go in there they try to get me to give them my id and then take it to the back for some reason. I NEVER GIVE MY ID TO ANYONE. I would think that they would understand that.

Dei’Leese Payne1Older lady with brown/ reddish hair is too loud heard how much people was depositing due to her being loud. She loudly said my check was fraud talked to the manager the manager said she never said that because she do not know. Manager mandy i think her name is opened my check up over the counter which everyone seen! And she stated that i have money in my savings so why i needed to cash then deposit the check for my rent. Deposited my check and it wasn't fraud like i been explained to the manager im embarrassed i had to tell my business in front of others but i will be closing my account with chase due to the poor representation that this store have. This was on Oct. 18 2021

Raphael Gutierrez1I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received at this branch. We walked in with an appointment and waited standing for about 5 minutes until being helped. One guy who was leaving literally walked right by us and didn’t say a word as he stared at us. My issue was more with Yolanda. After weeks of her following up with me, I came in to open an account only to be interrogated and not treated how you would expect. You guys really need customer service training. I’ll NEVER come back to this location. And it seems a lot of people have the same negative opinion about this branch.

SA Martinez5Been with Chase for many years, never had any issues. Had issues with a wire transfer, Chad was very helpful at this location, he followed up with me which shows they care. Brice the manager was available, had a great attitude and helped me as well.

J allan1Wow! Worst customer service ever! I walk in the door before 5 o’clock. The door says they close at 6:00 pm but there’s a tiny temporary sign saying it’s 5:00 pm. The purpose of my visit was to remove A family member who recently died from our joint account. The teller says of course we can help you with that sir. And direct me to one of the bankers. I go to her tell her what I need to do, she looks at her watch and it’s about five before five and says sorry I can schedule an appointment for you if you would like we close at five. Pathetic!

Becky Fletcher1Don’t go to this branch. Went in to add my husband to my account and they had to re-run all of my info even though I’m a current account holder. The representative asked what my annual income was in front of my children and other Chase employees. Why is this necessary for an existing checking account?? She didn’t explain anything, only kept saying, I’m sorry but it’s required ma’am. They didn’t ask my husband any personal info beyond our address and he was the one being added!! No other bank does this. Not customer focused at all.

Two Sons1I went in to this branch to cash a JP Morgsn Chase check. I do not have an account with Chase, but since the check was Chase, I didnt think there would be a problem. Well, guess what the teller asked for my two forms of ID, in which I gave her. She also stated that the fee would be $8.00. Seconds later she said that she couldn't cash the check because it was a deposit only check. I called Chase corporate and will call again until I get a better explanation. I also took the check to another bank and was told that the check doesnt say deposit only... To add to the fire, the teller stamped "Endorsement Cancelled JP Morgan Chase" on the back so that I couldn't cash it anywhere. What did I do lady. I was cordial and did not question you. I calmly walked out.

Ralph Ryan4Guess the only people who review are those that have issues. I have used this branch for at least 5 years and have always seen customers treated with great professionalism and friendliness. They have always had a great group of employees and if they weren't friendly with you it speaks more about you than them.
