  Great experience with Latrece: Very informative and helpful with all of my questions regarding business banking and the legal disclosures. We were able to engage formally to setup our business banking with wire transfers built in. Overall, as a new engagement, great job.

  I'm a realtor and have worked with Becky Reuter at Premier Bank in Grapevine. She is amazing! The process was easy and streamlined. My client was absolutely thrilled with the process.   The best bank I have ever done business with my entire life! The bankers are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about every aspect of the industry I have inquired about since I opened my account Much better customer service than I ever received from the big banks. If you like to be treated as a person rather than a number, this is the bank for you.

  I have personally walked into this bank 4 times in the last week. Each time I was told something different. I have never dealt with people who have known so little about their job. They have been the most unhelpful and inconsiderate people I have ever worked with. I’ve never wasted so much time than I have trying to work with this bank. I went there once on my lunch break, one day I left work early, another time I had a day off and the last time I was sick and battled traffic in bad weather. Each time I went into this bank nothing was accomplished and I was told something different. This bank is impossible and they make me question whether anyone knows what they are doing there. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone unless you don’t mind working with unknowledgeable people who enjoy wasting your time.

  Premier was awesome. The staff was highly efficient. Since they were purchased by FirstMid, the service has been terrible. Currently on a 15 minute hold to talk with an agent. No bueno.

  Overall you get the professional approach of a big bank but it has the small town credit union feel where they know your name and the loan process is personal

  Be very careful working with this bank. They will not completely reveal how they compute interest. Not good customer service.
