      I went in here to change my name after I got married but was told I needed a banker and one wouldn’t be there for another month. I went online and booked with a banker at another location two weeks later only to be told that I did not need a banker. They helped me quickly. Apparently it’s common practice at this particular location to send people away to avoid doing work. I would drive past this location if you need help with anything past basic tasks.

      This is the SLOWEST bank I’ve ever been to. Made an appointment in advance to open a joint savings account, which can’t be done online, and it took almost 2 hours to be seen. Don’t come here if you need services outside of those that can be provided by a teller. Absolutely ridiculous!

      What a bunch of boneheads. I had a simple question and of the 10 "bankers" there, no one could help. Echoing other reviews about their customer service, it's trash too. On a positive note there is a chance they could mess up and just give you free money, they are that oblivious to reality.

      If your looking to open an account Do NOT come to chase. I was literally given the run around and when I visited branch low and behold … empty desks and only one banker available. One banker with a client and the other telling me that she won’t be able to help me for whatever reason. Low quality.

      ATMS are inside and this chase is almost always locked and won't allow chase card holders in after hours, don't bother coming

      Desperately need to work on their customer service! I went to just deposit a small amount of cash it should take 20 mins to do so when you’er the only one in-line. The guy who was supposed to help me didn’t even greet me and kept talking to another woman about her taking time off I’m assuming he was a manager because he was approving her taking the next day off if the manager can’t even give good customer service I can only imagine how the place is run.

      This location is not the closest to me, but I always come to this one. They are so pleasant here. Today, though, was more than I expected and should not go unnoticed. Today I came in and asked if I could get a $50 dollar bill, to which the teller responded so enthusiastically "yes, sure!" Very inviting! And then she went out of her way to find the crispest $50 bill. I never asked her to do that; I didn't even tell her what it was for, but she said "it's for a gift isn't it? I will find you a very nice $50 bill". I was so pleasantly surprised that she went above and beyond. Granted, I was the only one in there at the time, but I bet you she would have still split the difference between detailed service for me and detailed service for the next customer. Thank you for such great service always, but a special thanks today. You and others like you are the reason I go to this chase.

      Lousy customer service today. Came in to get documents notarized as I normally do 2-3 times per week since I am working from home due to Covid. A rude cashier asked me to go to UPS instead since I did not have an appointment. I just thought as an account holder and a frequent visitor, better accommodations could have been arranged. 1 star since I can't choose zero stars. Shame on Chase Bank!

      Took 10 calls to get an answer, but I understand it may have been busy. I just called to get a better understanding about the fee for savings and Shannon was there to help me with that and other things I ended up having questions about. She was patient, polite, informative and super helpful. I send my thanks!

      First off ...everyone knows that most of the 5 star comments are not real or people ask them to rate a 5. Unfortunately I threw away my debit card by mistake on Sunday and I had planned on going into the bank to get cash to use until my debit card comes in the mail.Every single time I come to this location it is always slow. Why do you have four or three tellers just sitting or standing around when there is a long line. I was standing in line and a second teller was behind the window typing, but not addressing the next customer ,which was me.The African American teller with dreads then call me after I took a picture of her just standing at the window while there was a long line.Customer service is terrible here . The only thing these woman are worried about is looking good in their chase uniforms . If there is a long line why not help a core worker out just to get the line down .There was a elderly lady behind me that complained about her knees while standing in line. I am ready for technology to take over banks because tellers are not needed really.Maybe one person should be on standby for help ,if needed. Get better people with great customer service skills not women that just want to ride the clock.
