      Its located in the same parking lot as the Jefferson valley mall. Staff has been very helpful and friendly. There isn't usually a long wait when I go. Also having two atm machines inside is convenient.

      Why aren't ALL Chase Branches this friendly and helpful? We have two useless Chase branches within 2 minutes of our house in Peekskill. Yet prefer to go to Jefferson Valley branch whenever need anything other than ATM! The Chase Main street branch in Peekskill by Beach is by far worse bank than any we have had dealings with through the years! Use Chase simply because of locations throughout the state and country. Only the Jefferson Valley Branch makes you feel welcome.

      These are the friendliest and most helpful bankers EVER! I really love the service I have received at the Jefferson Valley location. Edna is my favorite person but Iolanda is also fabulous. I have never been disappointed with their service, as they have always gone above and beyond to help me. I don't work there and have no business affiliation with them whatsoever other than a personal account for me and a joint college account with/for my son.

      If I could give it zero stars I would. My husband and I are customers for the past forty years. We came in to get something notarized at 11:30. Other than a kind bank teller and a young man who wasn't a notary, we were totally ignored by the two women who were notaries . Even other customers said that we were next. After 45 minutes of being ignored we left and went to a kinder branch.

      The staff here is always friendly and kind! I've run into a few issueswith fraudulent charges and I've come here to have them handled. The staff is always incredibly helpful and fast to solve my problems. I absolutely love the employees at this bank!
