  Just wanted to open a savings account but the manager didn't think I was a US citizen and told me they were booked even though I was the only person waiting at 940am. He also gave me no option to schedule an appointment just told me to go online. I went to bank of America.

  I came into the bank to open and account with my sister in law. Jake was the banker that helped us out. He was the most patient, informative employee that anyone could ever ask for! We need more Jakes out there everywhere! Thank you for all that you did! Lisa H.

  Worst banking experience ever! Made me consider closing my account! Worst staff so unhelpful and have worst attitudes! Chase plz restaff the whole place! And they messed up my account now I can't even pull money out with the debit card!

  This branch is awesome (haven't been to any others...) - tellers are crazy friendly and considerate of us customers start to finish!!

  Its raining and their ATM cover up is placed wrong. I got my car rained in all over the electronics on the door plus a really wet shirt. I wish they do smth about that.

  Lots of managers walking around while there is a huge line for the teller. Managers of this branch leave much to be desired.

  Service at this location has improved over the last 3 years. Friendly staff, good customer care and not too crowded !
