      We went to open a bank account but they were closing in 30 min. Not knowing how long it might take, we followed the banker Ms.Liljana into her office. Over the next hour or so, she patiently and diligently walked us through each step, until we walked out the door with not just a new account but also the online and mobile accounting set up, plus, a cordial goodbye and a kind note at the end welcoming us to come back for any future assistance that we might need.
