      Due to an upstairs neighbor’s negligence my insurance dropped me. I could not find an insurance company to insure me. A friend recommended Miller and Miller. Within a day, I had home and car insurance again. It was a terribly upsetting time and Craig and Linda helped me navigate the difficulties I found myself in with kindness and patience. Their professionalism went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this agency.

      I have been dealing with them since 2009. Every time I need to contact them or have them fax something or help me with my home insurance there is absolutely no follow through. Nobody returns emails or phone calls. I would suggest looking for a different company. Miller and Miller in Thornwood, NY is not a professional company and the workers are incompetent. The only reason it gets ONE star is because I could not publish this comment unless I selected one.
