  Surprised they couldn’t take 10 minutes to help with a name change request since the banker was waiting for a customer to present in 15 minutes but doing nothing else at the time a customer was seeking assistance. Left there feeling like they don’t want to help.

  No matter what day it is... The outside ATMs always have an issue both of them!!! They either can't accept checks or there is an error when depositing cash forcing you to get out and go inside to the other atm. The past 3 times i came here the atms could dispense or deposit money... What the hell is going on here?!?!

  This is the first time I haven’t had to wait in the drive thru for more than 5 minutes and the first time I received awesome customer service. Monica was so friendly and helpful. She’s the only teller so far I’ve encountered at Chase that actually seemed to like her job. Every other person I’ve dealt with besides Monica always has an attitude and clearly shouldn’t be working in customer service. Monica deserves a raise!

  This is an absolutely horrible bank. I had deposited a check through the ATM which misread (in Chase's favor) the amount. I found this error on my own. After bringing it to the bank manager's attention (who confirmed the error was on Chase), I filled out the required paperwork and my account was still not credited. After countless and countless hours on the phone trying to get this rectified, I was told the Bank manager never sent in the paperwork. I am still waiting for the CORRECT amount to be deposited. I have never experienced such awful customer service - particularly when it was confirmed many times that Chase was the one that made the error.

  I came here a little while ago to open a business checking account. Apparently, they are too busy for me and wanted me to make an appointment or go to another location. I'm going to take my money somewhere else.

  I'm a private client and when I asked to speak with a private client banker to make a cash deposit, I was shuffled to the teller... and the teller proceeds to argue with me. The branch associates need to be retrained on the benefits of banking with Chase, not only as a private client, but for anyone who banks with them...

  If I could give less than one star, I would. I deposited my paycheck at an ATM on Friday, a little before 10 PM. They took it as an after hours deposit and rolled it over a business day. Now that it's the Tuesday after labor day, and I still don't have my money. Chase is a scumbag bank.

  This bank has outstanding customer service and the bankers are very charismatic people! This is definitely my favorite Chase branch I’ve ever been to!

  horrible phone service! tried calling many times on a Friday business day and nobody is answering the phone period! kept getting same dumb recording saying everybody is busy call back later.so not sure why they even have a business phone number when you cant get through.
