I had some personal matters that I was able to discuss with her and I truly feel she listened to me and understood that sometimes times are tuff. Kim Evans1Went in to deposit a check from my insurance company for hail damaged roof. The employee insisted we had to send our claim to them. This is only the case if we had a mortgage. We have a line of credit with Harris so we just needed a bank manager to sign/stamp the check. But she wanted to give us an extension on our line of credit instead. Waste of time. Bad service, not in the best interest of the customer, only interested in making money off their customers. Went to a different Harris to get it handled properly.

Dave F.1I called regarding notary and was told to call back in an hour. I called back and was told I would receive a call in a few minutes. Two hours later, I called a third time and no answer. 30+ years as a Harris customer, I have never had to call the bank three times. Next time, my third call will be to another bank.

Sean Sullivan1One of the worst banks anywhere, they are always understaffed and hire the lowest slugs to work the drive up window or inside. They change their opening hours almost weekly and here’s a kicker, they close the dark shades on the drive through so customers can’t see their if tellers are anywhere around. They do it to hide and not serve people who are waiting because you can’t use the inside because of the virus.

Lola Pi1Worst customer service ever, went to go cash a check drawn off of my account and only had an ID with my maiden name and the teller would not cash my check for less than $30, usually other tellers would just look up my signature and make sure it matches or even ask me security questions about my account... but Noo the older lady with the accent would not cash my check and proceeded to take customers that got there behind me while verifying my check.
