  DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. I am fuming. I have been a customer of Citizens Bank since it was Charter One. I recently sold my vehicle (thankfully to a family member) and went to the bank to have the title notarized so it could be transferred. John Nutter stamped my title, but did not sign it. The DMV would not accept it, so I had to get the title and return to Citizens Bank to have John finish what he started. He made me wait while he finished a 3 sentence email, which was annoying as it was already super inconvenient that I had to come back. When he signed it, he signed the wrong line, which now voids my title altogether. I am super understanding that mistakes happen, but this was just so incredibly careless. The customer service I've received at this bank is horrendous as well. If you want to stick with Citizens Bank, go to the location within Acme in Stow. At least they have 1/2 a brain. 0 stars.

  Do not use this branch. The ATM is constantly broken. I tried using the cash deposit feature and it broke and wouldn't give me my money back. The in-store customer service said they could not do anything and we would have to call a 1800 number. Now I am out $500 while it is under review for the next week. Try to avoid this when possible. The branch at Acme is much better.

  I have used this bank for 20 years and I am fed up! They overcharge for all atm machines an if you use theirs it never works!!

  Fantastic Customer Service. Very friendly and extremely helpful Staff. We set up a Small Business Checking account with them and the process was easy and quick. Highly recommend this branch. The Staff are very professional and care about the customers.

  I mean I have my favorites here, they get some terrible fill ins time to time but the help I do appreciate is truly awesome help genuine from the honesty they always give. Thank you for that!
