  I considered it a 5 star branch until they decided at corporate to turn it into a Walmart and insisting that there be a greater. A greeter is great unless there are 2 tellers and one of them happen to be the greeter. Especially when there is a line customers out the door. Note to management, the customers do not really care about being greeted at the door. And the elderly people who do business there could care less about you showing them how to use the ATM, they won't use, set in their ways. Let's get back to business as usual and move the line along. Oh, by the way, the girls that work there are wonderful.Moving ahead, 01-02-21, branch has become unprofessional and unreliable. Time to use the Mooresville branch, cleaner and more reliable.

  Absolute garbage. Unless you back here they don't care about you. Their ATM took money out of my account and never dispensed it. They said since I'm not a client I have to file dispute with my card holder. It was their daily not my card holder. Don't recommend anyone do business with this dump.

  Getting tired of playing waiting games I shouldnt have to and to make it worse nobody EVER answers the phone here...and I KNOW at this location they are not that dang busy...only one person there that makes things good and does right by people...tanya...other wise I'd tell em to kiss my tail because I have had enough as of today

  Why every time I call the Kentucky location, they literally pickup and HANG UP the phone. Theres no voicemail because they are PICKING UP THE PHONE AND HANGING IT BACK UP!

  I waited 25 minutes in the lobby to speak with a banker without being acknowledged. Very very disappointed in the customer service.

  I've banked with Chase for 15 years. The only negative thing I can say they are not loyal to long time customers without excellent credit.
