  Its not horrible, but there are much better locations. I'd give less stars, but the customer service here is pretty good. But the parking lot can be very difficult to get in and out of if there are any customers there already.

  Makes me an offer for my item that I wanted to pawn. I say I'll think about it cause I had to pay it off in 30 days to get it back. 600 dollars. Come back a few days later and there offer drops by 100 dollars from a few days before. Liars, arrogant. Stay away!

  Fairly nice folks who work there. It's kinda in the middle of the ghetto, so don't expect any more than they can give. So if you give an attitude,.. That's what you'll get! That's just business. Otherwise I found the staff to be friendly.

  Every single time I go in there I feel like I've known these folks for ever. They are so fun and great sales folks. They are always my first stop for anything I nneed and they always give me a good deal. I prefer this location over any other location

  The best pawn shop on the westside of Indy in my opinion. Great friendly staff who interact with you right off bat to make sure that you get what you're looking for at a great price. I would recommend this place to anyone even if not buying anything cause they are also a great place for selling and pawning things they give you what it's worth they don't try to lowball you are rip you off

  Takes mostly everything. Doesn't give the best deals and sometimes they don't take everything i bring even though i know they can make a profit. i would still recommend going here to sell though.

  Decent place. It's a pawn shop don't expect to get what your stuff is actually worth obviously.
