You know how people say if they could give no stars, they would? If I could give negative stars, I would. I went into this branch with my 18 year old nephew to help him open his first solo bank account. No other customers were in the branch. Wednesday afternoon. A few bankers at their desks, and a teller behind the counter. Although no one was there, and it was clear the bankers had nothing going on, they refused to help us open an account there. Instead, they pushed opening an account online or setting an appointment. When asked about availability, the teller goes to each of the bankers and asks who can help us, and we can both clearly hear the three of them each say no, and some giggling. I say "if no one wants to help us I guess we will just do it online", to which the teller responded by telling us to come back the next day. NOT. We left and drove 3 miles to the branch on N Bell and wow, what a difference. Had an account opened up for him in 15 minutes, after a five minute wait. No appointment necessary, and this branch was actually busy. If you don't really care about customer service and just want to use their atm, sure, use this branch. If you need any help with anything where they will have to actually work, definitely not the branch for you. Save yourself some time to and frustration, go to the N Bell (by HEB) branch. I rarely leave negative reviews but my nephews left that branch feeling like he was treated as less than, and I was not at all happy about the experience.

After 15 years of being with chase, I am going to close all my accounts with them. For the 3rd time this year the complete incompetence and unwillingness to do banking and chase gas become unbearable. We spoke to abha today about opening a small business account with chase... she wouldn't even review our documents proving our business and was straight rude and completely intolerable. We left without being able to do any actual banking today. I will be transferring my direct deposits and funds to other banks and finally closing my accounts with chase. I'm not really sad, as I've been trying to bank with chase for years but they never did help come to think of it. We have 4 home loans and none of them were provided by chase, our previous home loan advisor at chase ended up leaving because they would never allow him to complete any home loans. They refuse to cash our checks lately because of a marriage name vs maiden Name and now we have our business checks that will be deposited somewhere else.. terrible experiences at this chase and also at another location in cedar park this year... looking for recommendations if anyone has a good bank.

Worst banking experience ever. i have tried to get the branch mgr to help me many times with redeeming funds from a cashiers check. i never have received a callback. Furthermore when you call the branch number, you get a recording telling you to call the 1800 number. After holding, I explained my issue to customer service person that the local number has a recording and she offered to call the branch for me. I thought she had access to a number other than the one i had already called. NOPE she called the same number with the message. I am SO upset. This is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We live in Pflugerville and going to specifically that branch because of the bank officer Katya B. Greene. She always does excellent job and very helpful! Just the way Banker or any other person related to customer support should be! In other places closer in our area we had not very good experience! Thanks one more time Katya B. Greene

This branch of chase is entirely useless except for Susan. She is the only banker there who has ever helped me or my kids with anything. The others are horribly incompetent. We just closed all our accounts and switched to another bank besides Chase. I cannot give Chase and this branch a bad enough review to reflect my dissatisfaction and misery. Still holding for help. 82 minutes.

I have always had great experiences with Chase, but this specific location is terrible! My mother passed away and I needed a notary and to see about an estate account. After waiting over an hour, I walked out and went to the Cedar park location. (Which they are great there). Then we came in this location again for a notary, for my moms estate that we opened at the other location and they would not do it for my son. What we needed notarize was for my moms estate and I have an account with Chase also. They really need too get it together at this location!

It’s difficult to imagine a worse experience that this chase branch delivers. Simple things like notary services routinely involve a 60-90 minute wait with zero acknowledgement from their staff. I live less than one mile from this branch but will gladly drive right past it to find a good branch. Shameful.

Truly an out of the world experience! Ketya was my banker and she is a true Gem. She is so involved and truly makes it a great experience! If you need a business account or any account, Ketya is most definitely who you need to go to.

I went to the bank to update my accounts and credit cards with my new married name and Ann was so helpful! I was greeted right when I walked through the door and she made the entire process so easy.
