  My experience with Infinity Mortgage was excellent from start to finish. This was my first time buying a home, and I was really nervous going in because I knew next to nothing about the whole process. I had a friend just do a closing through Infinity recently and he had a good experience, so I decided to place my trust in them as well. From the very start, Jeanne Schull took the time to coach me on what I would need going into the approval, and what I should be doing to maximize my existing credit profile and rating. She was basically a financial adviser to me for a few months and it helped a lot in the end. As my pre-approval, then actual approval were taking place, I was ALWAYS kept in the loop by Jeanne and Anna Chambliss who handled a lot of the paperwork for me. I truly felt like they were working for me to get everything done as painless as possible and to keep me from stressing out (not an easy task with an 8 month pregnant wife and trying to close on a home). They were wonderful the whole way through and got me what I felt was a tremendous rate for a first time buyer with my credit. I would recommend them to anyone. Great team, very effective, and absolutely trustworthy.

  Excellent and speedy service. We had the privilege to work with Marcie at Infinity and I honestly do not think she sleeps as she responds within minutes no matter what time of the day it was. She always kept us in a loop of the progress. The process was so smooth and when I buy another house I will definitely use Infinity and Marcie again. I would highly recommend this mortgage company to all of my friends. Thank you Marcie for all your hard work.

  We were hesitant about refinancing but Susan at Infinity Mortgage made it such a great experience. She was responsive and professional. She emailed regular check-ins and worked around our schedule. The closing was easy and everything was on time and all our questions were answered. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

  This was my second time working with Infinity Mortgage in 2 years. I literally do not think either situation could have gone any smoother. Team Flanagan handled my account (Nick, Ashara and Maria) and they were so attentive, patient and helpful. They helped me refinance my house in less than 3 weeks. Great rate, easy process and always available for questions. Cant recommend enough!

  We loved working with Infinity and was blown away by how supportive they were. My spouse and I were both self employed, but they worked with us to make sure we were able to buy our dream home. We received our pre-qualification 5/14, made an offer 5/15 and were able to close 6/9/20! They worked quickly and provided excellent communication to all parties involved during the process. We worked with both Ashara and Maria, and couldn't have been more impressed with them. We were thrilled to have worked with such amazing partners and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.

  We had such a great experience working with Infinity Mortgage. The approval process was quick and painless. The process as a whole was long but that was mostly because of our criteria for the house we wanted. Ashara Byrd was constantly in contact with us. Even if it was just to check in and see how the search was going. Everyone involved in our house buying process from our Realtor to the title company raved about working with Infinity Mortgage. We had always heard horror stories about the home buying process. That was not the case for us. We will recommend Infinity Mortgage to anyone we come across that might be confused or unsure of who to use. Thanks again Ashara, Maria and the entire team.

  Jonathan Lange at Infinity Mortgage was fantastic. I needed a two week close to win a house with 14 offers, and Jonathan delivered on that with a much better rate than my previous lender. He even called the seller's agent to assure them I was well qualified when I made the offer. Getting to closing was super simple, and Jonathan provided updates during underwriting through final approval. He also attended my closing, which helped make the process smooth. I'd highly recommend Jonathan and Infinity Mortgage.

  As a realtor, I highly recommend James Dowis's lending services to both buyers and investors alike. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable and responsive to buyer's needs. Most importantly, he keeps you informed on the progress of the loan. He has delivered all of my buyers loans on time and was present at the closing!   The professionalism with which our mortgage was handled and ease of the whole process cannot be surpassed. Rob Mockley and Ashara Byrd were such a great team. Communication was wonderful, and Rob went out of his way to assist us with matters outside of the service he offered. His advice was truly invaluable. The expediency of the close (5 business days!!) was jaw-dropping and no one could believe it! I have recommended Infinity to everyone I know! We will never use anyone else.
