  Awful customer service. Tellers just ignore you when you walk in. Told me I needed an appointment to open a checking account even though all of the employees were sitting at their desks watching YouTube videos. They told me to open a checking account online which doesn't work even though I have accounts at several other large banks. Go somewhere else.

  Horrible customer care!!! Visited to apply for credit card, I was asked to apply online but I wanted to apply in person which she didnt like for some reason. Then i was waiting for the agent, she comes to me and says very rudely to come again. I will never visit this branch again.

  Do not recommend this branch. They scheduled me an appointment in the morning. But when I came there the office was closed. I was waiting for an hour and went back home. I was very disappointed.

  Friendly to international students! The first U.S. bank for most international students. I am learning to book a cultural place for the first time. Appointment can greatly improve the quality of service you enjoy and help shorten waiting time.

  Service is terrible. An the employee Brenda is utterly incompetent. I'd say I won't come in anymore but who are we kidding of course I will, I'll just do so 6 minutes before closing and do a wire transfer as often as possible from now on.

  Today I went to the bank location and a young lady came out of her car to inform me that they were unable to enter the bank. She then began to help me find other ways to bank - offering online and atm options - Her name is Sabrina. That is perhaps the best customer service I have ever seen. She took the time to assist me in light of the situation - in the parking lot! Never lose her - she is a credit to customer service!! Btw, all of your customer service people rock - they are always friendly and upbeat.

  It's usually not very busy in the times I've went. U can usually be in and out within 10 minutes. Helpful representatives to ensure line moves quickly.

  It was pretty user friendly when there was a heavy rush to open an account in it... Nowadays I don't find many staff though

  Worst bank ever and very racist I closed my bank account with them after this problem..
