  Go to a different location. Terrible!! Had a issue on my account that was their fault and asked the fee to be removed they said they were unable to do so. Called online they did it in a couple minutes. I used to work for Chase I know you can remove thee fee.

  Used to have 2 male tellers inside the bank that were nice and personable and I enjoyed going inside to see and chat with them. Now, Both are gone and the new tellers not as nice and personable as they were. Also, if they WANT you to go paperless on statements, but, a free service before WILL cost you $6 for each time you go in to get that paperless bank statement. I am disabled and think this Fee is a little Expensive! Can buy a case of paper for less than $6!!

  Every teller is so friendly!!! They know my name and always help if I need it. Oliver loves the dog biscuits too!

  Left work early to get assistance with my account walked in at 4:25pm and the guy name Phil is like sorry I can help you the request that you need is going to take me too long to help and I need to leave at 5pm . ( He was just on his phone talking with the other bankers and giggling) The lady tries to tell Phil how he should had helped me out but he refused

  !!!!!!!!!!!UPDATE. !!!!!!!! My original review was positive I've never had a problem with the bank in over 10 years today I went to the Harlem branch and everybody there was totally incompetent so I went to the mulford branch where everybody there was totally incompetent and all the teller( the Lady teller) all had attitudes and did not want to do their job they told me that meeting a banker was by appointment only it was going to be over a week!!! and that's for a business account do you want me to not do business for over a week while they stand around and talk and tell me that you're busy. Im currently CLOSING ALL MY ACCOUNTS

  Had issues with this location that’s close to my home several times! First 3 were over wrong accounts made for my son. Today was it, sat in there for an hour waiting for someone to help me ended up getting in line to be told no one couple help me they were short handed. But they clearly Saw me sitting there waiting and didn’t bother telling me. Would have been fine if they would have told me instead of making me waste an hour sitting there for nothing.

  Took over a hour after 4pm to open a basic checking account . Only because they had 1 rep to help....think corp. World would realize work class people don't get off work Intel after 3:30 pm so it should be your busy time

  Rude. Not helpful or even really interested in helping you open an account. No longer interested in opening account with a bank that treats customers the way i was treated.

  Probably the worst bank in town. The ATM doesn’t even work... pathetic.
