  The interest rate is outrageous. They try to get you to refinance a vechlies. Instead of give you cash loan. Which is why you went into there office to start. The disability insurance is very huge mistake. They ask for doctor to fill out a part then want doctor office to update bi weekly if you are still unable to work. They won't pay disability until after the due date so they make interest.

  The people working there are friendly and fun. The process was easy, they explain everything. I also feel the interest rate is cheapest out there unless say maybe you have good standing with your bank. I highly recommend One Main for your financial needs.

  The monthly Payments for your loans are very reasonable. They are horrible about explaining everything in your loan with detail so you have a correct understanding of whats what. A loan that was suppose to be $1900 Came up to nearly 2700 w/all the stuff the added on insurances etc. 3years later om still paying on it(DONT LET THEM TRICK YOU INTO REFINANCING)The workers are very rude and disrespectful when calling when you miss a payment or are late, and will call you up to 10times a day Consistently. Personally i wont be refinancing nor opening a loan with them in the future!

  Go elsewhere!!!!! Do not use this company!!! Just as bad if not worse than a payday loan company! They make it like it is an actual loan but in almost 2 years less than $1500 was actually paid on the principal! There are early payoff penalties and their disabilty insurance is a joke!

  They are a fantastic company if your looking to rebuild or build your credit up they go above and beyond what they have to do to take care of you. They are fantastic!!

  The last 2 months tired to make payment arrangements when I get paid, but One Main don't care n took out their payments when they wanted to. Made a overdraft both months at my bank. Very upset customer. Sheri K

  Filed for a loan and got approved. I went all the way down to the store just for then to make up an excuse to not give it to me even after I was told I was approved. Would not recommend even waisting your time with this place.
