Justin Clarke1I have been with Rock Valley FCU for over 15 years. They are ok with regular deposits/withdrawals and car loans. The things most banks are pretty good at. If you need help beyond that, expect excuses on why they won't be able to do anything to help you. I have needed help twice and each time was directed to figure it out myself. Edit: I continue to have issues after I discovered that my address wasn't changed somewhere in their system. I have been using my new zip code to verify my accounts for a couple years and it always goes through without a problem. After figuring it out on my own because their customer service couldn't be bothered I just had a package ship to the old address because I selected to use the billing address as the shipping address. So even though I went in and manually changed it on the website (because the app is basically useless) I need to either drive an hour to my old address and hope to get my package or spend hours on the phone with customer service about my package (knowing they will say there isn't anything they can do). Thanks RVCU! At least I know I can always count on you to be more trouble than your worth.

CUMBIRD tv5I've been with this credit Union for many years and they've always worked with me whenever there's been an issue. They're very kind and I've recently even refinanced my auto loan through them which they saved me a lot of money on and it was very fast and simple. It was actually my first refinance but they helped me through the whole process which again was super fast and easy.

Taylor Griep1Within the last few months I have been so disappointed with this bank! I've been with them now over 2 years. And never had any issues until recently. The customer service is horrible ! The tellers are extremely rude and disrespectful . I have my vehicle loans with them and my personal accounts. And seriously considering closing and switching everything. I've tried reaching out for help and have gotten nothing . I am beyond upset with how they treat their members. If you want to be treated with respect go somewhere else. Not a bank I would recommend .

Kristina Redington5I have banked here for well over a decade. I also am on my 2nd car loan with RVCU. Customer service is always great. I love the app where am I able to do remote deposits and transfer freely between accounts and my loan. I recommend them often.

Vanessa Cultra1Service has steadily gone down hill the last 5 years. Hours are reduced so much that anyone working a full time job can hardly access to do anything. Only Saturday option is drive through but you really can't do anything more in the drive through than you would at an atm. And they don't answer the phone. They have completely demolished the youth programs, which is a terrible long term plan if you think about it. Will be switching to another CU

Kelani Austin5I’ve recommended this credit union for years when asked where I bank. I’ve always received exceptional customer service and great rates on loans. However, this year I must say I’ve seriously considered closing my account here due to the fact that I needed $2000 for my daughter’s tuition and was turned down. I had to call the loan officer after 3 weeks of waiting for this response. I’ve never been late on a payment and have an exceptional payment history regarding my other bills and credit. They let me down when I needed just a little help. ***update 10/3/20**** I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Dan P. Lending Manager, who helped me out by working with me on 10/2/20 and making things happen all in one day, above and beyond what I anticipated. He took the time to listen to me and explain everything with empathy. I really appreciate what you did Dan; you were a light in this horrible situation this week. I will continue to keep my business here and keep the referrals coming because I believe great people work here and they actually care.

When my account was hacked and most of my money taken, I had it back within 10 days. When the same thing happened to my husband at his bank, it took weeks of visits and phone calls to get his money returned!resresp

Jerome Finley1This is just a recent visit. Over all service has gone down hill badly. Lobby closed on Saturday. Lobby does not open tell 10:30 a.m. If you have cuna insurance good luck getting rockvalley to do anything. I personally had to contact cuna to get the loan insurance started. After speaking with rockvalley several times. Over all a very bad place to bank at anymore.

Theo Sutton1Been paying my car loan through this branch for almost a year. I've always been happy going to this branch until today. Today they refused to take my money for my car payment since I don't know my account number. I told the teller that I've never known my account number, I just show my ID and give my SS number and I make the payment. It's easy. 5 minutes I'm usually in and out. She went to tell me that It was impossible that I ever made a payment there. Like hell it's impossible. I can prove every car loan payment I've made at this branch. I know that I've been making my car loan payments. Don't tell me that I'm lying. Why would she even tell me that I'm lying? I think she didn't know how to do her job, so she essentially told me to leave and come back with my account number. So, I started walking toward a Different teller that took my payment last month. She went ahead and told them not to help me unless I have my account number, and not to look it up. Apparently she's a supervisor or Manager. Like, what the hell, Why tell people that know what they are doing not to help me? Really???? I can understand not knowing how to do your job, but to go out of your way to tell others not to help me is just rude. I really doubt that I will ever go into this branch again. I don't need drama at a Bank. And I shouldn't have to fight for them to take my money.
