  I recently tried to buy a puppy online. I was going to do a money transfer but Chase wouldn’t authorize the payment because it was recognized as fraudulent. I tried another breeder with the same results. I called Chase and had a lengthy discussion with them. Apparently Chase has an extremely sophisticated fraud detection system, which apparently is a lot smarter than I am. Oh, I saw the warning signs, but ignored them because I was swayed by a cute puppy face. Thankfully, Chase wasn’t swayed like I was. They saved me from losing $1100 for which I am forever grateful. I have done more research and have since found a beautiful little puppy. So thank you, Chase.

  I had a really excellent experience here this week. I had a specific banking need that others were not able to help me with, and the people at this branch were really lovely. They went out of their way to help me and my family. Customer service like that is not easy to find.

  I don't typically leave reviews but I had a problems and questions concerning my business & personal accounts. Sarah was super helpful and went above and beyond at helping me. I left very satisfied and happy, and would like to thank her a lot.
