      Useless, just left to close out my mom's account because she died 3 weeks ago. Told me to get a small estate court order for $300. That was left in her account. Go to the Potomac branch they were able to take care of everything in less than 30 minutes..

      Wow I took a risk on coming to this branch even after reading all the reviews. Everyone was right this has to be the worst Chase bank ever. Had a problem with my Chase Bank card called customer service they told me to go to a branch for faster service so this one was closer to my house but when I got inside the customer service rep didn’t seem to want to help. He said look around we are busy and understaffed. So I took a look around and saw for employees working and two customers in the building while understaffed is an understatement. He would start trying to talk to the teller then they would have time for their customers. It looks like I will be paying off my Chase card I never using it again thank you Chase for a horrible experience.

      I visited for the first time to deal with an old online account, and Elibet helped me. She was very professional, helpful, courteous, and personable. I would recommend Elibet for any banking needs.

      no service. and no one ever pick up the phone at the bank...all they can do is handle deposits, but you can easily do that yourself at the ATM....lol. it seem like chase will hire anyone who can speck English these days. everyone is clueless at this bank. OMG i cant believe now i have to give them 1 star...because there are no ZERO star

      Interesting that my review is so different than many others on here. My experience was perfectly plesant, in fact it was better than I expected. Chris (whom I assumed to be the manager) greated me as soon as I walked in, was sure to get my name, and cracked several jokes while we were talking. I was passed off to a woman (whos name I did not get or do not remember) and she was perfectly happy to help me. There seemed to be a few hiccups on the computer, but I am not even sure of that because I was not informed of it, as she simply called Chris over and they handeled it together. They did not need to ask me any questions, they fixed/figured out whatever was happening. After reading these reviews, I have to wonder if Chris is someone corperate sent to help the location learn and improve. If so, then it was a good move, he in particular was very helpful and great with customers. The interior was also nice and clean, and they picked up the phone when I called. I had a good experience. I will edit this if the cashiers check I got ends up not working for some reason, but so far so good!

      I called to schedule an appointment to open a new account. They said they had no openings that day and could schedule me for the next. When I came for my appointment they said I didn't have an appointment and could not see me. Unprofessional.

      Horrible service here. Run away from this location. New Manager Tanaya Mazumdar is very rude and has no idea how to treat their loyal customers. Nor comprehends how the banking system works. Having worked in banking for top banks in the past both at retail and commercial. I realized how much more this company needs to offer their employees to be properly equipped to handle transactions especially in this new digital space and competitive environment.
