      Terrible customer service. Went in to open an account. They acted like they were trying to do me favor. Extremely rude and acted like they had better things to do with their time. The place was empty so I'm not sure they tried to rush me. If this is their first display of customer service to me, this is not the bank for me. I just walked out. I went to Capital One and was treated like a king. This TD bank is so clueless... without customers they are out of their jobs.

      Horrific customer service. Very slow staff and my average visit exceeds 20 minutes each time (15-17 minutes of waiting in line plus my 2-3 minutes for my simple transaction) No sense of urgency by anyone there, although the staff are very friendly. I just feel bad

      Update 10.10.2020 - Spoke to Sam on the phone to ask for guidance on how to deposit money into my IRA account because my account doesn't allow Mobil deposit. I already knew that they are different td bank vs ameritrade. She replied "Its our sister company but we have nothing do with those accounts". Again, I stated that I know its not the same but could at least guide me to the right direction. She replied " call them". I asked would you by any chance know their main line since the office is closed and She replied "ugh I can Google it". She was just short, snarky, and probably not the best person to be answering phones. 1 star reduction for attitude. 1st time I came was on a Saturday and nobody greeted or spoke with us for about 32 min. Then we left BUT this time Matt, the store manager, greeted me as soon as I walked in and sent my information to the Frederick location for my specific account. He helped me with my questions and was very nice!! Great save for the team Matt!!

      I don't understand why it's takes 10 days to validate a deposit check. The teller told me that it would take time because my account is new. What does this mean? I wanted to cancel the deposit and he told it's wasn't possible to do that. I am worried. Today 04/10/2021 TD has still kept my deposited check unavailable. My company that drafted the check has sent yesterday a pay directly to my account. Please help can this be a police case? SOS can I sue the bank?

      I don't know why but this location is very slow and I mean very very slow people working there compared to all other TD bank locations I've visited. I can have a simple deposit and I swear it takes them 5-7 minutes when all other locations takes 2-3 minutes tops. They make it seem like I'm depositing 10's of thousands of dollars, so I don't if they're just bored and drags the process out or what their deal is. If you have one person in front of you, you're pretty much SOL because expect to wait 10-15 minutes before they get to you.

      Only been a customer for 3 months, and it's been the best banking experience I ever could have asked for. Ajay Munhoo in particular has overseen everystep of my account creation, and any trouble I've had. Hes talked and treated me like a human being...not a corporate robot like other bank employees. If any higher ups see this....hes branch manager material and beyond. Thanks Ajay!

      me and my wife went to this bank with our two kids to open an account. We stood there for 10 minutes and no one even made eye contact or said hi. Finally one guy sitting at the desk acknowledged us in a rude way at which point I told him we are taking our business else where. They lost a great client. Their loss

      All of the bank tellers and staff I have personally dealt with were amazingly helpful and professional. There is one man there, that my guess is a manager from the way he watches everything that goes on, that is less than friendly. Dour, sour-faced and not at all welcoming like the rest of the staff, he is really a bitter note. I get that people have bad days but he rudely just looks on without even acknowledging customers and this happened more than once. Luckily, I never had to work directly with him on my account inquires, but his overall demeanor is the only thing less than stellar there.

      If I could give less starts I would. TD bank is not trustworthy. Someone stole my debit card ( witch had a PIN number ) and used my money. I blocked the card when I got a text message from TD bank about someone using my card. Not only TD bank did not protect my money, but they accused me of lying at the end . They did not do their job, did not return my money and are Shameless enough to say that I lied. Same happened to my friend which means TD bank is a fraud.
