      Absolutely terrible experience. Only 1 teller. System crashes after already waiting a decent amount of time. Literally trying to give this bank my money to pay off a balance on a credit card and it’s like pulling teeth. Apparently this bank is set up to run money off debit cards (just like cash). Absolutely wasted my entire lunch period standing there at this lady through the window that was absolutely no help what so ever. Complete nonsense and non efficient business. Never ever going back into a chase bank and I will be canceling my credit card with them. I don’t care about the points against my credit. I would never go back into this bank or work with chase in a way shape or form. This outfit should be disappointed. Its in one of the nicer parts of town and only 1 teller who is incapable of helping with debit card transactions to pay off credit cards. So irritating that now I need to go to another terrible chase bank to hope and pray they are capable of taking this payment so I can be done with this stupid card that’s impossible to make payments on. Such a shame

      My banker at this location is awesome but I was completely misled about said "benefits and coverage" chase offers. My card was stolen and I reported fraudulent charges and they gave me my money back for a week and then reversed the money and had no explanation as to why or where my replacement card is at. I was told chase covers fraud but it's a total lie!

      I had just come from Bank of America to deposit my withdrawal into my Chase account and I wasn't sure how to deposit my cash since I usually go to a teller and have a check with a deposit slip. This is probably the first Chase Bank I walk into where the employees are friendly in TX and AZ they are not this friendly. But the young man approached me from the time I stepped into the building, he greeted me, and asked how he could help me. Let's just say I definitely entertained him with my many questions along with another employee who was overhearing my crazy questions about whether the machine could take more than so many bills at a time etc. I'd recommend this location if you primarily bank with this branch of banks.

      I want to start off by saying that I appreciate the customer service at this particular location. My husband and I opened a bank account today. Both over the phone and in person the bankers were very friendly and helpful with all the questions we had. With this pandemic we have received nothing, but poor customer service in many places. It is nice to see people that are helpful and not just that, but that don’t seem to hate their job. I especially want to say thank you to our banker today for helping us- Courtnee Wait, needs a raise because she was absolutely very helpful today. I would highly recommend this bank and this specific location. They know what they are doing and they are very professional. Thank you for your amazing work! Please continue to help people through these hard times.

      Nice location with great tellers and machines. My favorite thing is the ATMs that gives 1,5,20,100s😁 They also have a drive through ATM as well.

      I would give 0 stars if I could. This bank location is an absolute nightmare. The drive up ATM NEVER works for anything, especially deposits. The inside ATM wouldn’t even accept the cash I was trying to deposit either. This is an ongoing issue with this bank and it is such a headache. Their only other location is 20 minutes away on the other side of town in Sparks. Shouldn’t have to drive to another ATM when I live a minute away from this one every time. Won’t be using Chase as a banking service again.

      I had to deposit my paycheck in the ATM because the tellers were closed. They put a seven business day hold on my money. Which wouldn’t be a problem until my car payment came due. I called the 1-800 number and was on hold for three hours. When they did talked to me they told me I had to go into the bank and talk to the tellers. The next day I go in and the tellers told me there is nothing to be done and I should call the 1-800. I was distressed and asked for help but they just kept the polite smile and told me to pound sand. Cherry on top is the manager telling me to have a nice day with a smug smile. So I get to wait for my money and pay late fees. Thanks Chase for helping me out in these difficult times.

      Absolutely rude, my account was closed without notice and when I needed my online banking verified I was treated like a criminal and had to wait for 10 min to be verified when I’ve been a customer of chase for 5+ years. When asked to speak to a manager I was told I could not be seen. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any bank and I will be withdrawing all funds immediately.

      Wow is all I can say. I guess that customer service is a thing of the past for THIS management team / branch. The reason of my visit was to obtain checks. I explained to the teller whom was very nice and pleasant that I had opened my checking account online and never received the handful of complimentary checks upon opening an account. She informs me of a $2 charge for this and goes to ask her manager to waive the $2. Her manager Cesar comes to her screen looks at it and with a look of disgust that was obvious to me the customer and says "charge him." That left both the teller and me embarrassed! The teller turned a bright tomatoe red and was speechless. I would HIGHLY recommend making the journey and driving to the South Meadows branch. The team there is very helpful and pleasant and doesn't make you feel degraded. Good luck to this branch!
