  Stephanie is the best ! We were dealing with 2 other lenders before we were lucky to fine her. She communicated with us the best out of the other 2. She took the time and broke down everything so that we could understand everything. Answered or returned our calls, not like the others. Most of all, Stephanie got us the best APR rate, compared to the big banks and closed on our home on time as she said she would. Working with her was easy and the transaction went so smooth. She also has a top notch team that worked hard for us as well. Again, we were very fortunate to have found Stephanie Hanna with Synergy Mortgage.   Stephanie and her team were incredible! They were kind, supportive, very responsive, informative, very upfront and transparent and they were always on my side.   I've bought and sold a number of properties over the years and, especially since 2009, getting a mortgage has always been the most stressful, exhausting, and tirade-inducing part of the deal. Every few seconds, there's another request for something I didn't have or couldn't understand why it was needed. Stephanie and her team gave me a whole new perspective on getting a mortgage approved.
