  slow service and line. took 3 weeks to get appointment to open account. then if you make appointments 30 minutes waiting time, 8even with 4 clerks in their boxes no customer and no phonecalls) but worst on Monday after mask mandate away. I went in customer waiting alone no mask. clergy jumped out of his chashier box and yelled at me no 6 foot distance, thought he would punch me.

  This bank is extremely unprofessional, read all the reviews about the poor customer service ITS TRUE. A lot of people here have an attitude, no sense of urgency, and literally the worst banking experience you can have as a Chase customer 0/10 would NOT recommend

  The worst bank ever. They have you to pay because you are not a customer of them. If you try to cash a check, they charge you fees since you not a Chase customer although the check is on a Chase account. They steal your money in the name of bank fees.I will never recommend it , I argue everyone to close their accounts with CHASE BANK. They even force you to rate them to be able to post your review. I had to give them 1 star although I really give them A BIG ZERO

  I understand the challenges in having a small location that is so busy. I really do. But to my mind, a business should juggle one negative thing at a time, not bombard customers with multiple tricky things. It would be great if 1-2 spots were reserved just for Chase right in front of their lot. In bad weather, I sometimes have to walk half a block just to arrive in an empty bank because of how full the parking lot gets sometimes. Sometimes, multiple ATMs are down at once, leading to long lines and time consuming visits inside. Some things are clearly out of their control, but many things that are they mishandle. Prepare for disappointment and you’ll have the best possible trip.

  Some times the wait is a bit long, but the clerks are always so friendly and helpful to me would give them 5 stars for help and friendly service. I gave them 4 stars only because of the wait. It is a small branch to take into consideration.

  Today I had the opportunity to interview with the branch manager he was very laid back and still professional. He took me from an ordinary interview to a interview that had me interacting with customers as they walked through the doors into the lobby. I instantly responded with a hello and a good morning to each and every customer. Needless to say I'm in so much prayer right now because I really can see myself expanding with this prestigious company. Overall my experience with chase was A1 from the beginning to the end and that made me feel remarkable. Thanks Chase Bank Christopher B . Walker

  This branch is the absolute worst! They have no care for there customers and lack any kind of sense of urgency! There is no reason you should have a lane closer with 20 customers in line and other team members wondering around with nothing to do. I hate coming to this location.
