  I had a wonderful experience here at Eden Jewelry and Loan. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The building is in a wonderful location and the inside was clean and neat beyond what I've ever seen. It smelled wonderful upon walking in, might I add. I must say, as a new member of the area this will be my go to location for all of my jewelry needs and I also collect coins, they have a awesome selection of coins for me to add to my collection. This is how business should be fair and honest. I would recommend this business to everyone!

  We bought a ring a year ago, and I wanted to go through a summer before resizing. I took it back, had it sized too small. Took it back again, and they resized it again. They didn't charge me for either resizing. Personable staff, excellent customer service!

  Bracelet legally stolen after one week of being late no phone call -no negotiations- no reminder. They were extremely rude when i beg for my grandmother's bracelet. I was told that the bracelet was melted down the evil man response was" poor grandma "this is my fault for going to this business I read all the good reviews when I should have read them all. Beware of this place when getting a loan as soon as you can pay get your things out ASAP do not wait on reminder may not get one. This is a business that was built off others misfortune and the day will come when they have the same misfortune.

  We're sorry about your grandma's bracelet, however as any responsible adult knows, when you sign a contract you need to keep your end of the agreement as it is a legally-binding document that needs to be strictly adhered to, otherwise you forfeit your rights to the property as stated in said contract. That being said, we are legally bound to send a reminder once a customer's item is due, which we did, and you STILL didn't show up on time! Lastly, we are a business that was built off of hard work, determination and perseverance for over 50 years, it's not necessary to place a curse on us because you lost an item due to your own negligence.   I've been a customer of Eden jewelry and load for 20 years or so. From getting loans when I was down and needed money fast.. To purchasing mine and my wife's weddign set the guys here are always real straight forward. They do offer free lifetime cleaning on your purchases as well. Recently came here over the weekend to get the rings polished for a wedding we are attending. No question asked, the gentleman walked to the jewelry work shop polished our rings and returned them with a smile. Great service as always

  I've read most of the reviews about this Jewelry & Loan and I most say the bad reviews are a little dramatic. The service here was an excellent experience. They were very professional and kind. I was in and out and satisfied within 15 minutes. Thankful for the quick and easy and also friendly service.

  Worse place, they are rude, I call the owner to tell him how bad I was treated it he didn’t care. He was also yelling at me I got my gold ring re-size they didn’t even put gold to close my ring they put silver be careful guys please.

  Just as we replied to you on Yelp, we'll do the same here: In the 50+ years that we've been in business we have NEVER used silver to repair a gold item and never will. As for your claim that we are the worst place and rude, our countless 5-star reviews will prove otherwise. You don't have a successful business for so long by treating customers as you claim we did.   My favorite jewelers. If you want quality merchandise at and affordable price see Adar or Allen. Two super personable guys knowledgeable in their trade that over the years and the $$$$$ thousands I’ve spent there, I know that Eden is the best place to shop. They couldn’t have gotten less than (5) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars from the wife and I.

  Went to this place a few days ago because I had some jewelry I have had for a while and wanted to see how much I could get for it. Brent at this place was Awesome, he even got me more money than I thought I would. He really went the extra step to help make sure that he was taking care of my. Definately recommend to anyone trying to pawn or sell jewelry, after you are done being low balled by everyone else, stop by here and see Brent and you will be glad you did !

  BEWARE!!! Never will I take my business here again allen treated me like i was a low life and as if he was to good for my business, i think he was racially profile me which I don't appreciate, maybe he's racist, i think everyone there is honestly. If you wanna be disrespected and get ripped off come here, there jewelry is over priced and the prices they offer on loans don't add up, good luck!

  The experience was terrible. Google has their rating at 4.0. I don't know why. They offered the lowest price for my gold. Then I had too jump through all kinds of hoops because they couldn't buy it without"state issued I'd" After I wasted most of my morning with them and had no money, I got smart and went to the pawn shop with only a 2.0 Google rating. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes with 20percent more money than Eden offered. Stay away from them. And always question Google's rating system. I have to agree with Mr.garcia's review in that they may racially profile because I am also part Hispanic and my last name is a portuguese name. Don't accept what they offer and shop around and as for my family and me we will not touch them with a ten foot pole.
