Chase Bank Reviews

AZ Musclecar5Contrary to a previous post, Anissa has always been more than helpful with my banking and financial needs and wants. I don't always judge a person's performance on a one time incident. From the very beginning my dealings with this branch has been professionally courteous and totally customer satisfying. No matter which agent I deal with, all have exercised their most courteous and prompt service that I DO RECOMMEND this branch to friends, family and acquaintances. For me, this branch is always a win-win for me.

ThatPacificIslander1I thought my experience was absolutely worth mentioning on here since I believe that poor service should be known by anyone else planning to visit this location. I will put this short, the notary, Anissa showed absolutely no interest in helping with having my Bill of Sale notarized. She kept rushing, and even though she did help with printing out an additional Power of Attorney for my vehicle buyer, she made it very clear that she wasn't happy to do it. Her mumbling words were, "see, this is why we have our customers print these things out before hand". I understand that, but I felt that I was being treated like I was a burden to her. After we finished, she rushed out to make her "appointment". If you want the absolute minimum for customer service, by all means go to this branch location. I don't normally write reviews unless my experience is highly worth talking about. Being in the military, I won't be recommending anyone from base or anyone else to speak with Anissa.

Salish Fisher5This is the best location for chase bank in all of tucson. I have been to all other branches do to the fact I am constantly on the move working and having to make deposits and withdrawals they have never messed a deposit up like other branches. They are always professional and quick to meet needs and even teach me news ways to get the most out of my banking with chase. This location should be a base model for every other in Tucson they could alot from the chase team at rita ranch.

Tim Newkirk1My recent stop In here further solidifying why I will not bank outside of a credit union. They would not allow me to deposit cash into someone's account. That is quite possibly the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. I have never had that happen at any bank ever. It starts to make me believe in the conspiracy theory of there is A-war on cash
