Eddy didn’t understand where I was coming and I asked him if he could please waive a fee for me because my wallet just got stolen and I brought in an expired ID from this year? I work in customer service an at least we try to help clients as much as we can, he didn’t even try. Finally I called customer service 1-800# and got it waived.

robert Liptak1This place has the worst costumer service ever , Christopher who pretends to be the manager is noooooo help what’s soooo ever , he’s definitely not management material , this place has one teller and 4 customer service agents who are beyond useless , I’m on line for 20 mins and no one even made a move to get rid of the line ... DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK .
