N Rey2Central Nissan usually sends a survey in order to rate their service. I find it suspicious that the past two incidents that I verbally expressed I was unhappy with their service I was not asked for a review nor a reason for my dissatisfaction. No one called to address or improve my experience so here's my review 3 months later. This was the 2nd incident, the 1st being a few months early in the same yr, that I was unhappy about so I need to get my opinion out here. However google limits the number of characters s here’s a short version but the long version was sent to corporate. Getting body work at a dealership is probably not the smartest move money wise, time wise, a quality wise. Definitely regret not shopping around or going with the insurance company's recommendation. I choose Central Ave Nissan Dealership because I have gotten my car service here since purchasing it from this location. For the most part I have dealt with service advisers that I have felt I can trust enough to not oversell me on anything. I noticed a few things 1st was that the shop left their garbage in my car (picture attached). The 2nd was that they showed no pride in their work because they didn't bother checking the bumper for any imperfections. The bumper did have imperfection (picture attached) it seems like something got stuck on it before they painted but they just painted over it. Also, when I took in the car it had duct tape holding the bumper up which they didn't bother cleaning the residue off the car to make their work look presentable or professional. The bare minimum wasn't done to make sure the car looked better then when it was taken in and that was upsetting along with this whole experience. I felt as if my money nor time was valued here. I have decided to stop coming to Central Ave Nissan and probably try a dealership in CT or just regular mechanic shops since service quality has been seriously lacking. Even during the height of the pandemic they did a better job with service but since it seems like they just let all quality care fall by the wayside.

Carlos Cruz5Definitely the place to be! I ended up stuck after having some pizza at Pepe's (definitely a great pizza spot) and after lunch I saw a car I was interested in parked in front. My family and I were welcomed by Arayma who directed us to Kevin in sales. Everyone was really nice, even though they were all occupied with other customers. Needless to say, I was very surprised and pleased to feel so comfortable in a car dealership and look forward to bringing my car here for Service. Even the service team was nice! 5 STARS all around. This is where you want to go!

D. Ashley4Service on my Kicks vehicle went well. However, the length of time it took was extremely long. From the time that I brought the vehicle in till completion was 7-8 days. Jeffrey Halpern5I came in for an oil change, wiper blade and inspection. Heather got me an early morning appointment so that I could get out as soon as possible...and that's what happened. I got everything done and once again, my car is running smoothly (its 2006 and Central Avenue Nissan has been taking care of it since I got it from them). I have to say they play a big role in why this car is still running the way it is.
