  This place seems pretty decent. It's smaller than BoA branches or other Chase branches, but it's not too busy. I got things done fast within 15 minutes compared to hours in BoA. Staffs seem friendly too.

  I tried using the ATM to deposit cash because the line was long. The ATM didn’t take my money and no one was around to assist me. Then I had to get in line to deposit my money. “Mr. Supervisor Harrison” was my bank teller. He told me to undo some of my cash cuz I had bundled each bundle in one hundred of $20 bills before I can make the deposit. This has NEVER happened to me before. Is this some type of new policy? Then I asked him if I can order new money and he told me that I cannot order new bills. I have to wait until Christmas and it will be first come first serve. I have been with Chase for 30 years now and this is the first time someone told me they cannot order new bills for me. So I called the bank in Southland Mall and was told they have no problem of ordering new money for me. So what is so special about “Mr. Supervisor Harrison?” Does he not want my business? I can take my business elsewhere. Such a bad customer service representative for someone in his position.

  Very disappointed in this bank location, I called prior to going in and I was told sure come in because we're very slow , so when I got there it was as if no one wanted to assist with me with applying for a credit card so I left and called the 800 number which connected me to someone over seas and the phone connection was so bad I kept having to repeat myself . It took like 1 hour just to apply for a credit card which is terrible just because my local branch didn't try to assist me. Very disappointing 👎

  Bad Customer service, just want to replaced a very old $100 to a newer bills (not new) cuz i withdrew one time that was counterfeit $100. She won't let me replace it.
