  I love walking in this bank and the tellers know who I am. My husband did all the banking until he got sick. When I started to go to the bank they would always ask how he was. They were genuinely sad to here he passed. I don't think you could find a more personalized bank.

  I came in at a very busy time. The man that helped me was named Matthew. He was very patient, polite and helpful. I see the negative reviews and even though it may be busy at times the bankers are more than accommodating. The young man that helped me didn’t treat me as “just a number” but was prompt and friendly.

  I like the San Lorenzo branch. My Husband. ( Now deceased) loved Chatting with the Bank Tellers.. He Found everyone so helpful. I will Open a new acct. Need to deposit Money.

  I wanted to open a checking and savings account and they made me wait and then fill out a paper application and wait some more while they were hiding behind the glass hanging out. Who fill out a paper application when there’s suppose to be a personal banker to help me?! I took my money and headed down to Citi Bank up the street.

  The tellers are slow as snails. The drive-up window is rarely open. They really need to improve. I can't stand that place anymore. Don't like having to go inside because of the covid19.

  The line is always long forget about dashing in and out on a Saturday typically only 2 tellers on Saturday
